Hi, I am a customer of Tempe Pawn & Gold. My husband and I went in their one day to look around and to get a small title loan on our truck. Everyone was really friendly and informative, it was a pleasure doing business with them and I even purchased a pair of super cute silver earrings from them..So yesterday when we were in a bind, I thought of them and how well they treated us and our situation. Michael and the rest of the staff were all excellent and gave us a helping hand when we needed one. I would strongly recommend this store for all of your different needs. Thanks again, Michael. I was helped by this lovely young lady named Natalie or Natalia I'm sorry for forgetting her name. She had amazing customer service skills and made me feel valued and appreciated as a first time customer. The pawn shop also had a pretty solid collection of laptops, video games, guitars, sneakers for you sneaker heads, silver, and so much more. I'll definitely keep doing business with them because of Natalia!

GMO assisted me with my pawn loan. He is very friendly, fair and cool dude. They made me possibly switch pawn shops and have earned my business. I’m a loyal customer and they did me right this time. Next time I’ll come back to them. So if your In a bind and need cash they seem to be very fair with there loans.

i had the best experience with Michael selling my unused gold jewelry and excess silver coins in my collection. He was superb on his service, transparent in his price and sooo customer oriented. i will do business here again and i even got a fantastic deal on a jbl speaker!!! Went to Pawn & Gold and left in a great mood. G-Mo, the employee working at the time, provided excellent service. Not only was he patient and understanding when my laptop needed to charge, but he was very helpfup in problem solving with me. From my own experience in a buy sell trade store, it takes special effort to treat every customer with upmost importance. This was a great first experience selling in a pawn shop. Give this man a raise!

Visited here last week and GMO really came through in clutch. He was very personable and was willing to do what other pawn shops wouldn't. Definitely recommend this pawn shop above others if you really want to get something done.

Tempe Pawn & Gold breaks every stereotype about pawn shops. From the staff to the coziness of the room, it is a place you can walk into with an issue and walk out with a resolution. All of the employees are warm and friendly but what was impressive was how knowledgeable in regards to their services and what the processes are. Asking questions doesn't feel uncomfortable and neither does explaining the truth of your situation. I walked in trying to resolve an issue that I didn't have a reliable solution for and walked out knowing exactly what I need to do to turn everything around. I am grateful for their services and help.

The other day I walked in looking for a Calculator for my daughter. She said she needed it for college at the employee Natally I believe her last name was estrada helped me and was so kind. She also mentioned how her sister had just got it and recommended me the best one! She is super nice and helpful.

I found this pawn shop online after attempting to authenticate and sell a Chanel purse at another place to no avail. When I walked in, it was very organized and clean. Linda and Natalie were very welcoming, and took the time to look over the purse. Most of all, they were able to help me. I could not have gone to a better establishment. Tried to sell a Bose speaker, and I was okay with the initial offer, but mid transaction they told me they were no longer interested, which was fine, but as they were gathering my speaker parts, I had to remind them to give me back a few things. After I had left i had got home to realize they had forgotten to give me my ID back since they no longer wanted the speaker I tried to sell after telling me initially they wanted the speaker which led to me giving them my ID. Just an annoying experience and unprofessional handling of business

Just left this place and couldn’t feel any better about my purchase and the excellent customer service from Michael the manager. He was quick to engage in conversation and offered help which was wonderful given many pawn shops don’t always provide this level of engagement. He gave me a good deal on jewelry for my sons birthday tomorrow. Will definitely be back based on today’s experience alone. Thank you, Michael!

I recently went in a couple of days ago and also today 04/23/22 and honestly, I had great experiences both times and was assisted both times by G-MO (not exactly sure how to spell his name) but he went above and beyond to help me out wether it was to pawn or make a sale. Definitely would recommend this spot, great customer service.

Stopped in on July 2nd looking for PS4 remotes and they didn't have any but ended up looking at the jewelry and picking out the cutest ring!! The wonderful lady working who helped me was super nice and awesome and did a great job even tho she was a new employee. Will definitely stop in and purchase from them again!

I want to say I had a great experience in dealing with Rosa. She is very personable and does a great job. Shes fare and easy to work with. The kind of person you can trust. But unfortunately Tempe pawn and gold also has Natalie!! She is horrible at customer servive. Absolutely the worst person EVER! I would stay away from her completely. I believe they probably lose money while she is on shift. I will never step foot back in there while she is working. You should be FIRED IMEDIATLY.
