Alex and her team have been amazing both times I worked with them. The next house I buy, I will definitely be coming back! Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I was never made to feel like I was asking dumb questions. Alex and her team were so kind to me each time I worked with them. Very helpful. For a first time home buyer they were great. Some other lenders might be more cutting edge but don't offer the same personal touch and flexibility. Ron ultimately got me the best deal out there!

Alex and her team were super friendly and helpful. We virtually met with them to discuss a new home option but then decided to do a refinance on our current home. They made the whole process very easy.

Initially, it was a strong effort on their part to close the loan as quickly as possible. However, as I marketed a refinancing, Summit Funding went ahead and deleted the request for a VA Appraisal - FAILING to share it with the organization I chose instead. Very unprofessional. Secondly, I had two separate credits in my Escrow - which took early 21 days to receive the larger refund. It has been nearly 7 weeks since they "mailed" my overpayments to my escrow. Apparently, Summit Funding, Inc is so financially strapped, that it is taking this long to get a refund (allegedly sent out December 21) in the amount of $119 and change. WOW Heads up, IF you consider using their services.

Bridget and her team are professional and extremely knowledgeable. She worked with us in the beginning of the process to make sure we provided all necessary paperwork that lenders and underwriters would need, so as to keep the loan process moving. She and her team are focused on short escrow times, which we appreciate. And, she's a great person to work with! We have already recommended her to our children, as they are in the beginning stages of looking for their first home. I highly recommend Bridget and her team when looking for a mortgage loan.

I wanted to take this time to commend Ron and his team. Early in my home buying experience I was going to go with a lender who was a friend but was new to the industry and didn't quite have all the answers. I could have foreseen issues going that route but then I talked to Ron and immediately knew that he would help get me where I needed to be, when I needed to be there. His team, specifically Michelle, was a partner with me, making sure we efficiently obtain all the required documents and there was not one time I ever had any problem getting in touch with her.
