Avadian Credit Union Plaza Shopping Ctr, Pelham

Are you looking for a worse bank than Wells Fargo? Well, look no further! I’ve never been told I can’t be helped cashing a basic check, nor does there online banking never work. I am also told to take off my hat or I can not be helped when I’m having clumps of my hair fall out! If you call the customer service number they transfer you for over an hour then hang up. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

We have been in Avadian for 5years now and we are very happy with the services. Especially the VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE "PERSON ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS ONLINE" You are very important because you can give me information about our banking. Thank you very much!!!

I never has an issue with employees or customer service. Overall a good bank. There are only two major cons with this bank. 1. They lack a few of the conveniences other major banks have (ATM check deposit, 24 hour customer service line, etc). This one is a little understandable, because they are not a major bank. 2. They will not offer ANY line of credit to non-citizens. If not for these two reasons, I would have given 5 stars.

Worst bank I've ever been with...and I was with Wells Fargo before!! This has been the worst experience for this short year with a company. The list of issues is too long to put on here. But they are heartless and evil. I have NOTHING positive to say about this company or the Pelham branch. I hope you enjoy my money you kept and the hell you've caused me. I wish the same for you!

Been with Avadian in Pelham, Al. for over 10 years. Have received efficient service by friendly personnel. I'm a U.S. citizen and support this requirement by Avadian.

Very professional and helpful unlike most of the big banks. I’m treated much better at Avadian than Wells Fargo. I appreciate the small bank treatment.

After doing business with this credit union for 20 years, I was treated like a complete stranger when trying to get a used car loan. I was ignored, asked for rediculous information and finally after 6 weeks of this received an email telling me I was turned down for the loan. I have never been turned down for a loan in my life. There was no discussion or offers of trying a different way; nothing. NEVER will I use this credit union again; nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I have been dealing with Avadian for a few years and I Love the staff at Pelham . Heather and Mandy are always eager to help. All of the people are so friendly and helpful.

Just moved into town and chose Avadain. It's been two weeks and I have regretted it everyday. Any place has to better than this!
