Family Pawn 1st St, Alabaster

As a small local business owner, having a place like family pawn answer all of my emergency needs, they always, and I do mean ALWAYS come through for me. Whether that is making sure I get to the price that I am needing or even at times staying after hours to make sure me and my business stay running, I cannot ask for a better place for you to also get your pawn shop needs fulfilled!!! The sweet old white lady is super funny as lol

I went to visit my dad for vacation here in Chelsea Alabama and we stopped by the family pawn shop to look at guns. I was greeted by Mr. Chase and he assisted me with what I was looking for. Thankfully they had what I needed and was able to help me with payments, and transferring of the item I bought and had it transferred to mccomb for me. I suggest stopping by for all your needs for quality items you’ve been looking for. And not to mention what they had for me was a $200 dollar difference from the prices at my home town. Great place and I do suggest it to others.

Pretty dope place honestly, they all treat you pretty fairly but I’ve had the most experience with Cody, he and the rest of the staff are nothing short of amazing. Me and my father recently purchased a AR pistol and I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. It’s in amazing condition and the price (I’m not gonna disclose what I paid lmao) is cheaper than I would have paid for a rifle with no mag and no optic. It came with a $400 optic, a mag, and was a burnt bronze. I couldn’t be more happy with my experiences there. We also just sold my two playstations to them and they treat you fair.

Bought an Xbox one from them awhile ago and more recently a handgun. Neither were recently reasonably priced, they were way under what you’d think they’d cost while being in extremely good condition. It’s rare you find a shop like this, much better than what it used to be. They quite literally have anything you could need. Defiantly recommend.

These guys are GREAT!! Patiently answered all my questions. Offered suggestions and helped my to purchase 4 different guns. Headed back today to purchase another. Great prices as well. VERY VERY happy with the guys(and ladies) of Family Pawn in Alabaster!

Was recommended here by a friend, didn’t have very high expectations because location made it seem like what they had would be a bit boring. But I was pleasantly surprised and love everything about the store. Most items are barely used and are sold for like less than half of retail price. Most definitely recommend, but they mainly shine in their gun department. Cody there just recently sold my friend a rifle and it looks amazing, he also has me hooked on an AR that I’ll have to come back for.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I went into the Alabaster location looking for a SCCY 9mm and they only had the orange, but one of the guys, Doug seemed super knowledgeable and recommended a similar one for a great price. Definitely a good place to come to for weapons, and they had some nice TVs and jewelry too. All of the employees seemed like they genuinely want to help you, and that's a rare thing to find.

Family pawn in Alabaster, Al is one of the must friendly stores I have ever been in. I've been going in there for two years now and it's because I love their customer service. Chase M. Always takes his time when dealing with a customer and never makes you feel rushed or that you are an inconvenience. Everytime I go in there he is always in a great mood. I highly recommend going.

Amazing store! These people are amazing always have great deals. They keep my number in the system and let me know if they get a item in stock that I have been looking for. Great family of employees always smiling! Will be coming here for years to come!
