Rude customer service rep. in the Alabaster branch. I wish I caught his name- he is a male of African American decent- ( I am one too) this is not about race here. But people need to be called out on their unprofessionalism and lack of tolerance for their customer needs. Go home if you do not want to serve others with a good attitude. That's what you signed up for. Ps.. I just read the review before mine. Aaah, now I recall his name...its Cameron who served me. He has awful work ethics.I hope his supervisor will see the pattern here.

Awful service ! Would not recommend black lady at the front discussed my business bank account balance and information aloud and threatened to put the account in collections. I asked about funds that were supposed to be transferred to my savings account Camron shrugged his shoulders and told me the money is as good as gone and that he couldn't help me. It felt like the two were ready to get off their shift and didn't want to be bothered with me a CUSTOMER. Definitely will be closing my accounts once escalation teams gives me a call to let me know about the funds I am expecting to transfer.

WORST BANK EVER ! YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A COMPLETE PROCESS JUST TO CHANGE YOU DUE DATE!! 1GO IN THE BRANCH AN SIGN PAPERS,2 THEN THEY MAIL YOU FORMS THEN YOU SIGN THOES.3 THEN YOU WAIT FOR A 30 TO 60 DAY PROCESS WHICH I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM. THEY DON'T DESERVE A HALF STAR!!
