After so many times of being rejected due to a previous repo on my credit I went to auto sense north and was greeted by Tyler he made sure I was able to get into my dream car with a price I was comfortable with. They were very understanding about financial situations and were willing to work with me. The process was very fast and very easy staff are super friendly I was in a vehicle I was not too happy with and was thinking of voluntary repo because of the amount I still owed. They told me don’t do it because it will hit your credit hard they were able to take it as a trade in and roll over very little into my loan they are very positive and do not beat around the bush and are very honest and I would recommend anyone I know to them. This dealership is by far the best experience iv had and I was not sitting there for 8 hrs beating around the bush to try and just take my money and leave me in a car I didn’t want. They break down everything for you and even tell you about fees that you may see which most dealers WILL NOT TELL YOU!!! After years of being turned down they got me into my dream car and I couldn’t be more happy. From now on I am going to auto sense!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve had when buying a car. Li Tsao was amazing at listening and considering my needs and my budget and went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. Jeffrey made me feel heard and also worked so hard to give me the best deal. The whole process was so smooth and so pleasant. Kenneth made the paperwork so easy and quick. After leaving a 5 star rating to which I was coerced into doing despite my fiances and I having doubts. I have already read one review similar to MY experience. First of all they bounced me between several different service reps. The first time I went there they promised to have me in a vehicle that DAY but failed to do so even a week later. When we went back they REFUSED to give me my title when I wanted to back out and told us to look around more and see if we found a better car for us. They wouldn't tell us the exact price until we signed all of the paperwork, they promised a full tank of gas and didn't deliver, I didn't even get a rate to have the dent I bought it with removed. I don't understand why they wouldn't just give me my title from my other vehicle back and let me carry on with my search. Extremely frustrating!!!

After having terrible experiences with other dealerships (misrepresentations, broken promises, disorganization etc…) I met with Tyler and the rest of the team here at Autoserv Chichester location and was completely pleasantly surprised. Not only did they deliver on promises but the process was fun, laid back, honest and quick. They are the ONLY dealership where my time wasn’t wasted and the interest rate was 5-6% less than pre-approvals at other dealerships. I was put into an amazing like-new car with everything and more that I could ask for. Hands down I recommend Tyler and the management team here at Autoserv North in Chichester, you will not be disappointed and will have tons of fun while there. Chrissy was beyond awesome, she definitely helped me with making sure we got a car that fits my family, very well informative. Doesn’t pressure either, makes sure you get a car that you can afford. My kids love the car! Got a 2018 Honda Odyssey. Had a 09 Honda so I was very comfortable with it! Best experience.

Most of the cars I wanted to look at were at the other location in Salem but the general manager seems very nice and helpful. Update: Was told to go to Salem and just pick out a car that I liked. Sales man was very down to earth and very easy to connect with and communicate with. The issue was that no one knew if I was actually approved or not, or for how much, even though someone from their finance dept had been the first to call and tell me I was approved then the manager of the Chichester store promised me that I would be all set, he wanted to help me, and that I would go to Salem and be well taken care of. I lost my job, my home and my car in the past 16 months plus got into an accident in April after having bought a car, totaled it after less then a week. So this was not something I could waste the time or get my hopes up about. I was devastated that I had found a ride from concord to Salem to supposedly choose from a bunch of cars that would work for me, or so I was told, to get there and spend the entire time waiting for an answer and being promised a call at 10 am the next day. Next day came, Friday July 2, 2021, and I waited until 1130 am to call, then checked again at 130 pm and again at 345 pm, still haven't gotten an approval OR a denial!!! Instead of playing games with people, just tell me the TRUTH! That's all people really want. Have enough respect for people to treat them as humans and how you would want to be treated if you were in the same situation. I'm not looking for pity or a handout, I'm looking to start rebuilding my life. I just need someone to give me a chance to do it! But making me chase false hopes has done nothing but taken up my time and honestly hurt my faith in others to be honest with me and not play the same games. So I'm changing my review from a 4 star to a 1 star.

over priced for the quality of the cars and they have tried contacting me by PHONE, EMAIL, AND PAPER MAIL to get ahold of me for a MONTH now. I drove out hours when they said they had what I wanted in price range and they did not. they started sending me physical mail after they filled my voicemail leave me alone, I wouldnt but a car from u just because how pushy and untruthful u are.

DONT FALL FOR THEIR "KING OF CARS" PRIZE EVENT. mind you I live just about an hour away got one of their flyers in the mail. Says I actually won and called them to give them the conformation code to see what I won and they wouldn't tell me on phone. Had to drive an hour there to see what I won. It's a ploy to get you to their dealership. They ask you a bunch of questions about your vehicle ect. Then they gave me a 5 dollar Walmart gift card. 5 bucks!!! Unless you live near by I guess go get your 5 dollar gift card. Unbelievable if I could give negative stars I would. With these gas prices and a waste of an afternoon. Hopefully this gets through to someone to not waste a trip.

My experience was horrible. Do NOT believe anything you're told and specifically by Jeremy and Iba. They are both liars, they will lie to you. Do not trust them. So if you get Jeremy or Iba, word of advice, ask for someone else.

This place is great my experience with them was awesome they did what they could and got me into a new car if you go there ask for Jeremy he's great!!!

Great place and their salesman John is the best and aims for customer satisfaction. I went in on April 14th not looking to buy a car at all but my wife kept telling me pushing me to and pointed out that they had a Audi S4 so to make her happy I entertained the idea, after meeting with John and test driving the car I fell in love and knew I needed to get it instantly next day I was able to pick up my car and when I arrived it was completely detailed and fueled up for me thanks to the team up at Auto Sense North. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a vehicle whether it be a family car or a high performance toy that makes you smile when you step on the gas.

I want to start of by saying that I NEVER leave bad reviews, but our experience with Auto Sense North was a NIGHTMARE. When we went, we were told that the vehicle we liked would work. We put $1,000 down. Come to find out, the bank didn’t approve us after we filed paperwork. Mind you… we had to keep going back and they rushed every single time and didn’t know after the SECOND visit that I was trying to trade in my vehicle they refused to take. They recommended a “voluntary repossession.” Anyways, we looked at another vehicle that they rolled the down payment into. We were told that we would know the information on the vehicle when we did the rest of the paperwork. (Cost, interest rate, etc) When we found out the interest rate was 25%, we backed down and requested the money back since it was for the initial vehicle and we changed our mind with the second one and they refused to give us our money because it’s “non-refundable.” They also lied to us about the cost of the vehicle we tried purchasing. So, watch out!!! They will scam you!

So basically i’m looking for a nice first car. We’re driving around and find Auto Sense North. We find a decent Honda cr-v for sale and we check it out. They tell us we can pay $2500 for it plus fees. We say we’re gonna look around for more dealerships and come back. We get back and check the car out some more. Alittle bit of brake rust and not the best tires. We take it for a test drive etc. We then go inside and talk to them thinking we were gonna give them $2500. The man then said he was gonna see if he can get that approved. When he came back into the room he says he can do $4000. So basically they let us look at the car and test drive it and do all of that work just to get our hopes up when they originally told us $2500. I don’t recommend.
