Citizens Bank Loudon Rd, Concord

I was told by the bank teller to call citizens phone number to fix my zelle and at the same time my zelle account told me to go to my local branch witch I did and the lady over the counter was not friendly or listen to a word I was telling her. I made appointment and I was never seen at that time. Now I have to go back to citizens bank to finally fix my zelle account. Very disappointed in how customer care is lately concerning I never had this problem before and people need to know more info for there company

Horrible customer service. Never going back there again. I went and ordered new checks not knowing how to ask for them because this is the first time I've had to get more checks in years. I asked for a "check book" and she gave me a rude response and then I said I needed to write more checks and then she asked if I've ever written checks before. The lady was just very rude.

I walked in with what I know was an unusual request, but still not unreasonable. The teller (I believe she was a supervisor) laughed in my face and said "way to make my life difficult." Okay, point taken. She's not into customer service. She should have another job. I'll be finding a different way to cash my check and closing my account with Citizens.

Apparently this bank doesn't have a roll of quarters so I can't do my laundry. What kind of a bank tells you to leave without your money worst experience ever

Greeted cheerfully, treated professionally. My first visit to the branch was an excellent experience.

I’ve been a customer for decades and have great credit. They took over a month to give me an answer to increasing my home equity loan. Turned down because I am currently collecting unemployment. If I didn’t have so many accounts with them, I would change to Eastern bank where I know I wouldn’t be treated poorly. The workers at Citizen’s bank are nice, but their hands are tied with policy that is too black and white and does not consider the individual even with a STELLAR history.

The customer service here is the most professional and friendly service I have ever experienced. This includes the other Concord branches as well. I think Citizen's must have trained these people professionally because their welcoming and presentation skills are precise and extremely courteous.

The people working here are always patient and very helpful.
