TD Bank Sheep Davis Rd, Concord

Fraud checks were being deposited to an account. We caught it but the account has been frozen for 6 mos when we wanted it removed. It took two days to get the case going. Now no one is answering the phone at the Sheep Davis road TDBank. I'll have to take another half day to get it taken care of because no one will answer the phone. Poor customer care.

Cory (sorry if misspelled) has been the most immense help during my time spending overseas on military orders. My card consistently will get declined and it’s often due to travel, another assignment, or the processing system that Europeans use to run cards. And every time it happens I give him a call and he immediately recognises me and helps me fix it within minutes. Saving me money on minutes for an international call, and saving me time by not having to call the hotline and go through 8 different menus to finally get the first person on the phone. He’s the entire reason I haven’t changed banks yet since being overseas. Thanks Cory for all the help!

Just went to my bank to cash my government assistance check AFTER SIX WEEKS WAIT, and was refused,,with a established account and proper photo ID ( driver's license. ) Said that ether I AM or the check is subject to fraud. what's next MY PAYROLL CHECK . CAN'T TRUST OUR GOVERMENT EITHER !!! Nor, my so called bank I'm done here... Six weeks, plus 10 more days, no thx...TD

Always something ! Closed due to this and that. Holiday tine and TD makes your banking miserable!! Time to change to a new bank !

Opened a savings account on Monday, closed it on Wednesday. Shoddiest business practices I've ever seen. Would only allow a very small portion of our deposit withdrawn every 3 days or as they see fit. Metering out our own money like an allowance.

Poor signage led me to waste 10-15 minutes of my break time, waiting in the drive thru lane. Letting people know when a lane is closed would be a better service to the customer. And a sign on the front door letting customers know that the lobby is closed would also be useful.

Lied to me and stole from me, then made me jump through hoops to close my account. Either the employee I interacted with was misinformed about their basic products, or they were intentionally deceitful to increase revenue. Either way, I wouldn’t choose to business with them again.p

Can't give zero stars. Slow service, gauging fees and rude tellers. Go somewhere else
