We have been doing business with Banks for many years. We cannot say enough good things about this dealership! We dealt with Chris on this GMC truck purchase and it was painless. We went out of the norm to negotiate a vehicle purchase over the phone due to my husband and my work schedules and it was a successful experience. We also service any vehicle that we purchase from Banks at Banks Service Department. The Service Department hours are wonderful and they have never steered us wrong. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do your homework in advance and go to Banks!!! You will not be sorry!!!

The experience at this dealer was one of the better dealings I've had with any dealership. We all know how long buying a car can take with the back and forth communication between managers, reps and finance can be. My sales rep, Kevin, made these communications quick, easy and was still able to multi-task with another customer's needs but still make us feel like we were the most important. The dealership was very clean throughout including the bathrooms, outside landscaping, lobby and waiting room. The waiting room itself was comfy with enough leather chairs for everyone to spread out. For those with kids, there's an entire room for the little ones. There was nothing pushy about this experience and I would recommend this dealership and Kevin all day. -Don

My vehicle was serviced for a major warranty repair. I was grateful for the use of a courtesy vehicle during the one month+ period wait for my vehicle. I appreciated the courtesy extended after I was phoned to bring the courtesy vehicle in for a registration update. Given the long distance required to drive to Banks, the dealership agreed to put gas in the car for me! I appreciated the compromise given the work week and distance to get the vehicle back to Concord. I must say the one reason we continue to do business with Banks is because of the intentional and courteous SERVICE, whether it be in--person or over the phone. Please keep it up.

My experience at Banks was probably one of the better car buying experiences I have had in a long time. My salesman was polite, he listened to my wife and I if we had concerns or questions. He was attentive and worked to get us the payment we were aiming for so I could take my new Silverado home. The whole staff was welcoming and the dealership itself was clean and neat. Definitely would go back in the future and I would definitely recommend Banks Chevrolet to any of my friends looking to buy a new vehicle.

I have been using banks service dept now since 2018. It is open super early, offers shuttle service that will drop me off at work and pick me up when my car is ready. If I have the extra time I can even wait. Their waiting area has a largeTV, Its comforable offers free wifi and coffee and if your hungry you can order from the "School Street Café" which is also onsite and next to the waiting area. Service pricing is also competitive for the area and my car gets washed and vacuumed when done.

Excellent service. Had oil changed and tires rotated. Though I purchased this vehicle from Hubert Vester in Wilson North Carolina while at my winter home, Banks staff treated me with same customer service as they do with my vehicles I have purchased from Banks. I especially appreciated having the mini-detailing done on the vehicle so when I left there my car was all up to date on service and sparkling clean inside & Out. I would highly recommend Banks for any purchase or service needs.

Once again great job by the entire Banks team. I like the fact of dropping my truck off for an oil change and state inspection with no appointment needed. It’s 1 1/2 drive round trip for me. I was there at 7:10 am. It took 3hrs for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. No matter how early I get there it’s always over a 4 hour round trip. You used to get good deals on the oil changes. Not any more. I have it 3 stars because the employees were pleasant and nice to deal with. Going to start using a local repair shop.

We built our truck with what we wanted on it online and then brought that printout in to have our truck built. Tim K helped us from start to finish and explained many things to us that we didn’t know. He kept us informed through the whole process and was always so apologetic that it was taking so long (we know supply chain issues affect everything so we knew it would take a while). We are so happy with our new truck and it is absolutely beautiful; we get compliments on it all the time!

I came in looking for a new terrain, just planned on looking and maybe test driving as Cindy via text message was very helpful. Once I drove it I hoped I would be driving it home that day. Pretty quick, everything passed and returned the vehicle back clean. Had to return once I got home (half hour drive back) because there was a noise after the service. When I returned, they immediately had the service tech come out and resolve my issue. Impressed I didn't have to wait in the line again. Will be retiring for my next service!

Just purchased a used vehicle from Banks. Worked with Keith Mello. Keith was very friendly, not a pushy salesperson. Answered all my questions, making thee process was very smooth. The reason for 4 stars not 5. One the finance dpt wasn't very helpful. I mentioned I was shopping around for the best interest rate and I got ballpark answers if I financed through Banks. No hard data. Instated I got "interest rates from most banks are about #%". That made me look elsewhere for financing. And I did get a better deal from an outside bank. Two, when I picked up the truck it wasn't fully clean. Yes they gave it a once over in and out. But when I got it home I found napkins and other items in the center console and glove box. Very minor, but I feel like when making a major purchase like this it should be spotless.

Banks Chevy is one of my favorite Car dealers in NH. They have a little cafe for customers so you can have breakfast while you wait for your car. The customer service is by far the best I have ever had at a car dealership. We purchased 2 vehicles at Banks went back for a 3rd and it was the worst sales experience I've ever had. Didn't go back for service on the car we did purchase for a long time because of it. Finally went back today 2 hour appointment we were told 3 hours later the vehicle was ready oh well got home and noticed the new wiper blades they installed were done backwards so the one one the passenger side which belonged on the drivers side was hanging2 to 3 inches off the side of the windshield tell me how they thought it was correct seriously. Called my service rep he was not at his desk but never called back.

Never been in an out a dealer so fast. Closed in the deal on Monday and had the car on Tuesday ready and service on my needs. Chris and his trainee were nice and cool. Also was able to test drive the car myself. No one directing me were to go or what to do.

Once again Banks did me a solid ! I brought my vehicle in for State inspection, oil change, slow tire leak, and possible rear brake job. Turns out brakes were good ! found nail in tire and patched it, passed state inspection Washed and vacuumed my vehicle ! Thank you Linda for keeping me updated on my vehicle ! NH owned business!!! My wife and I dropped our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali off for transmission service due to a CEL and we’ll documented issue. The first trip was to diagnose the problem and ensure our extended warranty covered the work. They weren’t able to do the work then so we scheduled a follow up appointment. We arrived to drop it off and they did not call the warranty company as promised and then called us at the end of the day saying they weren’t able to get to it. They did the work the next morning and called us telling us the work wasn’t covered by extended warranty and it would be $300 to reassemble. The $140 diagnostic, multiple trips up, and $300 sunk reassembly cost you have no choice but to pay another $205 for the sensor, gasket and oil. Very poor communication and they did not follow through to ensure a great customer experience. We have purchased and serviced multiple vehicles with Banks and have seen a drastic change.

They had to work with the dealer I bought the car from to fix one issue, plus they got the dealer to put all brand-new tires on my car as 2 of the ones that were on there were wrong - something I had no clue about. Nick was awesome! Very personable, and made my car buying experience so easy. Totally appreciated him staying until the end of his day (plus another 15-20 minutes) to make sure we were all set to go. The 'numbers guy' in the glass office (haha) was awesome, too (get that guy some blinds for those big windows though (haha)! From start to finish, the whole process was flawless. I am done with Banks Dealership! Service dept is ok, but I and my family, have bought many vehicles here. Just had my vehicle serviced, and while waiting, my wife and I wanted to get some info on a new vehicle. We waited for at least 15 min and my wife had to approach a group of sales people standing around and we got short rude answers with them walking off before we could ask another question. Had a business card shoved at us with the remark of call me when you decide and they walked away.

So we went here for a vehicle nobody else had in stock, a week prior I'd purchased a brand new truck from Quirk in Manchester with an excellent buying experience. Jeff helped us and seems like a great guy, so this review is to no fault of his own. They are very typical car dealer, gotta check with my manager and see what we can do style. That said that is getting old and frankly most people are tired of it. Two of these stars are strictly for Jeff and otherwise I'd give the experience one star. What I accomplished in an hour at Quirk took days and was we still received $400 under average trade according to KBB, with two trades and 5 minutes I was $200 under KBB in my week before purchase. So if you like the back and fourth, attempt at giving you thousands under fair trade for your vehicle this is your place. I'll certainly be hoping Quirk in Manchester has what we're looking for in stock next time. Thanks to Jeff for trying to make us believers in this dealer, but this should be a dead and gone style of selling. Offer fair market and charge fair market. Nobody wants I worked and this is the best I can do 24 hours later. Do it day one and make it easy. You can learn a lot from your competition one city south

He bought a brand new Chevy Silverado from them this past February and he wishes he had not. I was lucky enough to work with Tim. I arrived at the dealership a little early and he invited me right in. Start to finish, he was a true professional. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I never felt pressured by him at all. The rest of the staff I worked with was fantastic and I was able to leave with a car that I love at a lower interest rate than I was pre-approved for going in. Super easy buying experience. This is my second vehicle bought from Banks (first in awhile). We saw the SUV my wife wanted (GMC Terrain SLT Nightfall Package), called and went to see and drive it. Next day we went back to purchase. Jacob Kelly (Jake from State Farm) was great, excellent sense of humor, answered all questions and got the vehicle all hooked up to her phone before we left (you know, for us older tech-challanged people). I really don't know how this could have been any easier.

I searched the internet looking for certain equipment and came across Bank Chevrolet in N.H. I am from NY. I inquired on a few trucks and Kasey responded back to me quickly and accurate on her info. When it came to appraising my trade in Ryan stepped in and we started talking numbers to put a deal together. I didn't talk with Ryan for a few days since I was undecided which truck I wanted to purchase and he gave me my space. When I decide which one I wanted to buy every thing went quickly and accurately. I traveled 3 1/2 hours one way to get the truck and it was worth every mile!! It was a rainy day when I picked the truck up and Ryan had it inside nice and clean and dry. The paperwork was all done and accurate and went quick. Ryan showed us the truck went over it and kept asking any questions on anything please ask. I have bought a lot of new vehicles in my lifetime and this has to be the best experience to date. We have taken our truck to them to get a break control for our trailer put on, which doesn't come standard. They put in an aftermarket, not Chevy part, that isn't working, and has drained the battery twice since it was installed. Total, it has cost us an additional 800.00 to get a 250.00 part put in because of their inability to install a working unit the right way. Haven't heard from a manager yet...and they could not get us back in to fix what they broke for two weeks.

During such a difficult time we face, not only finding cars, but finding peace and happiness among those around us, we were able to do all three through your dealership. Jared went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and ready for us the day of the purchase, knowing that we were driving 3.5 hours, one way, to pick up our new vehicle. He kept us in the loop every step of the way during the time that it was being delivered, and even helped us when we couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect. I just went in for a much needed oil change and I checked in with Basic Care. They informed me that there was a two hour wait before they could get to it but the weekend before Thanksgiving I expected that.. and also I got my transmission fluid changed as well so I thought that was great that they could do that for me as well.. Took them well over 3 hours to complete an oil change and to fix a valve stem on my car. The oil is serviced regularly at each interval. Completely ridiculous that it takes this long to complete the work. An Oil change should take no more than 45 minutes. Obviously other cars get serviced, but for the service to drag on that long, it’s unacceptable. Knowing how long just an oil change takes, it’s highly unlikely I will return to get a car serviced here, let alone buy a new one. Additionally, they left a nice new scuff/tear in my steering wheel. Just what I asked for! If you need an oil change, go anywhere else. These guys will proudly bleed you of your time! After reading other reviews about this, it’s apparent that nobody in management cares, considering these long wait times keep on happening. The generic replies they give are meaningless. Just completely embarrassing.

Not sure how to explain how dissatisfied I am with purchasing a new vehicle from here. The only reason for 2 stars and not 0 is that the vehicle is good quality. First off I’ve spent less than 2k at a store not 50k and been offered a bottle of water. Never once did the salesman offer “good” service let alone service you’d tell friends about. I’ve purchased new/ used vehicles before and been asked would you like to test drive it? Or even how about look inside?? The “salesman “ took me out to look at the truck I was purchasing, didn’t even bring the key to open it and says “ I can have this sold many times over” like I’m inconveniencing him by buying it at full sticker. I am in the service industry and this transaction left me fealing nauseous and upset. There’s more to this review that has to do with other employees, but that issue of not being a man of your word is between them and I. Please understand if you expect great service for what is currently full retail for a new vehicle- go elsewhere.

It would be great if the transition from phone sales to sales person to sales manager was better prepared, felt like i shared a lot details over the phone that were with Greg, then transferred to the sales manager whom then sent me to a sales person when i arrived. He bought a brand new Chevy Silverado from them this past February and he wishes he had not. I have never had to go back because of something that was missed. Banks was recommended to me and I have recommend them whenever asked. I live about 35 mins away from the dealership, with a few other reliable garages closer to my home, but the extra drive is well worth it for me. I received notice from the manufacturer of the right-side passenger's airbag recall over a year ago, I finally got a message from Banks to book an appointment, which did. On the appointed day, after an hour or so, the lady that writes the service order advised that the necessary part had NOT arrived. I called a week later to find that the part was now IN, and I booked a new appointment....which was accomplished in about an hour. No matter who was responsible for the delay, I have purchased many vehicles from Banks over the last 50 years, and continue to have three GM vehicles at my home, and expect to purchase more before die. I have and will continue to recommend Banks to my friends and associates

My vehicle needed a part that was on back order for approximately 2 months. Banks got me a loaner vehicle and kept me informed weekly of the progress towards getting the part and fixing my vehicle. Linda in service was amazing. I recently had a baby and I live almost an hour away from the dealership. Once my car was ready they brought it to me and had cleaned it inside and out! I’ve never had a dealership be so accommodating. I plan to do all my future sales/service through Banks.

We received it within the time frame quoted which was a bit of a surprise based on what we heard from other dealers who reported they had no idea when trucks on order would arrive. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. I could tell Banks was busy with the backup of cars in the entrance. I was able to check in at basic care quickly and they told me it would probably be 2 1/2hrs (which was fine). They got me out almost exactly 2 1/2hrs. Never have a problem here, that’s why I come back.

So, before the long weekend I was on your web page and asked if you needed an appointment for an inspection. I was told yes. Then another person came back with no I did not need one. Not real confidence building. Then on 6/1 I show up to have someone outside that directed me into the wrong lane for service and then got attitude from the service writer like it was my fault. Apparently, the person was some random person that did not work for Banks. Then when I was called to say they were finished with the truck I was told it failed because the horn didn't work. Mind you it's a leased 2020, not much should be wrong with it. I asked did they check the fuse? I then got attitude again, stating there is 3 fuse boxes. After some conversation about the issue, they took the truck back in replaced the fuse and put a sticker on it. And that was another 30min. Makes me wonder if they would fail it for a light out and not change the bulb. I was not impressed by the experience. One more like this and I will never be back. I'm in the middle of three Chevy dealers all 45min away, I can go in the other two directions if needed.

Helpful staff who are well informed. The sales staff have every detail of the vehicles that they sell memorized. No one pressured me to buy anything, while I was greatly helped in choosing the truck I bought. I cannot wait to get my truck from Detroit. Great job! Our salesman Keith was excellent as always. This was by far the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was ready for me when I walked into the dealership and 30-minutes later I was leaving with my new truck. My ONLY negative is that I can see my trade-in truck on Banks' site now and I am a little disappointed at the sticker price given I had to reject the first offer. Banks will still make $10,000 on the deal and you would think they would have been a little more grateful for the sale and given me a little more for the trade-in. Fool me once, but you will not fool me twice. See you in five years, be ready.

I've had several experiences at this dealership. A wiring issue that was found very quickly and I was kept upto date through the whole process. Service writer Steve was the best. My third trip was wonderful and Matt Bourque was amazing and very pleasant. He answered all my questions and treated me very well. This is my third truck from banks. Everytime has been more the pleasurable. They make it super easy and comfortable pretty much like family. took my '18 sierra for an oil change and tire rotation. after the service was completed i got in my truck. i had to adjust MY seat before i could drive the truck as the seat had been adjusted for a very short person. and left that way! the oil life indicator was not reset to 100%. there were two pens and a used blue cloth left on the passenger seat. i left Banks' pretty upset with the experience. not sure i'll be back. i bought the truck at Banks and have had it maintained there. check the service records. regards.

My name is Roger C. and it was my first time at the dealership service center. There was a part recalled on my GMC that needed to be replaced. I walked through a door where I was told the waiting room was and was blown away by the decor and free coffee bar ! They even had a fireplace with wide screen TV's. All of the seating were theatre style seating. Even better was a little Bank Chevy restaurant than ran off of the waiting room with stools and tables to sit at and food to be ordered and cooked if your hungry. I might even just come back to watch some more episodes of Gilligan's Island when I'm bored and get lunch! It was truly an amazing experience. My vehicle also received a full point fluid inspection and free car wash. I have never seen a more customer oriented business, ever. These guys are the best of the best. Go have your mind blown and check it out for yourself! Bring an appetite too!

July 1, 2022 My family and I traveled from Amherst to check out a truck for my son and in a little over an hour, we had agreed to buy it and 2 more vehicles. We bought 2 Silverado trucks and a High-Country Suburban. We were needing to upgrade our 2013 Silverado and 2016 Suburban also and were in the untenable position of needing vehicles in times of limited supply and high prices. This forced us to look outside of our immediate area and led us to Banks. Having purchased probably over 50 vehicles in my lifetime, I have spent my fair share of time in dealerships going through the process. Coming from a sales background, I understand there is much more than just price – or there should be. Jasmine Zachos’s personal relationship approach is what made us feel comfortable enough to make a larger purchase. It was easy to see and feel that Jasmine was not an exception, but a good representative of the Banks dealership. She spoke with pride about the family, the dealership’s reputation that brought her there, being closed on Sundays and that she “was not leaving.” The rest of the Banks team was also very good. We were surprised to find Otto in the finance department would take a personal check for a large amount, and we were given a fair deal on our trade-ins – two of which were sight unseen. As I walked through the lobby, an employee said, “thanks for your business, we appreciate it”. That meant a lot, especially from an employee we were not directly working with. Jasmine completed the sales process the next day (we had to return with our trade-ins) very efficiently and handled everything herself with a personal touch. She explained this was the Banks process, which is very impressive in today’s world. Could we have gotten a better price if we shopped around? Maybe, but that was not the most important thing to us. Jasmine and Otto treated us like family. Again, after having many car buying experiences over my lifetime, this is the best and most satisfying experience my family has ever had. We went to look at one and bought three! My only regret is not finding Banks earlier. I wish you continued success and appreciate your culture. I would strongly encourage anyone to make the trip to Banks for their auto needs.

Been using Banks for my Cadillac SRX for 6 years now and always happy with service. Recently had an oil change and got car back clean and wheels rotated at no extra cost. Had my wife's Subaru oil changed at a local dealer and they charged $30 for tire rotation and got cat my car back dirty. Using Banks from now on for the Subaru maintenance.

I have a 2021 Equinox that failed state inspection due to my rear tire not having tread? My car has under 30,000 miles and when I called they told me they were under warranty. After dropping it off I was told my tires don’t meet the requirements of the brand and then charged me $70 to tell me that. A brand new car with under 30,000 miles and I had to pay 835 for new tires, because this company doesn’t stand behind their product.

I recently brought in our 2017 Volt for routine service. Once again everyone was friendly and professional. The work was done appropriately and in a timely manner. I received calls to keep me informed of how things were going and if they needed my input on something. Work was only done if it was needed. For example, they weren't going to change my cabin filter if it wasn't necessary. When I picked up my car it had been washed. I will keep having my car serviced at Banks. I have bought 3 different vehicles from Banks and I absolutely love Skylar in the sales department. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling you as well as the most personable guy you can meet. I have every single one of my services done there as well and I drive almost an hour to get there. I may not have had perfect service when I have been there but I have had the most perfect of service advisors named Justin. He goes above and beyond to help you and for the most part all the advisors have been great there but Justin is just that much better. They get you in and out in a timely manner and the waiting room is so comfortable and makes your wait that much nicer. Not to mention they have a cute little restaurant there for you and complimentary beverages. The GM Bill J is also a fantastic person to deal with if things are not just right. Very comfortable waiting room and you will need it. Due to the lack of employees the wait is longer than expected. I arrived at 5pm for an oil change and mount/balance four new tires, there were 3 people in the waiting room before me and one after. Two of them left at 6pm and the other two at 7pm, I was the last person to leave lat 8pm!

I called and made a service appointment for my daughter. We showed up at the time our appointment was at but was told we didn’t have one in which I got very upset. The women that was helping us got a huge attitude, I then gave her one right back. After that though it was a very pleasant experience we both got over are initial frustrations and were very kind to one another. Though we just got the car back and it is currently leaking oil.

Bought a car on monday and had to go back today Thursday for the car Mats that had been missing on delivery and raingaurds and a big shield in chrome. The add ins had been prepaid. Well after waiting two hours I was notified that the parts ordered did not get ordered in chrome and they don't have a bug shield for an escalade.. really.. so it took two hours to put in floor mats. Then the oil light is blinking on my way home. I am not sure what is going on with this place but it was top of the line at one time. I will update my rating if things change but I already complained and have not been supported. Humm I tried to call u but they said you o ly work on Friday and could not leave a message as they also said you don't have voicemail

We always use banks for our service and are extremely satisfied. We had a hiccup this time where the service gentleman misunderstood my husbands request for an inspection and we only received an oil change. It ended up taking us all day to get our vehicles inspected due to how busy they were and this mixup. The women at the cashiers desk was so pleasant and actually told the service dept that she wanted my inspection fee to be waived which was very generous of her!! Things happen, it was a busy day at the shop, but they always make it right.

From start to finish Banks provided excellent customer service. Chris B. in sales worked diligently to get me into the truck I wanted. He was more than knowledgeable in the products and process. Never once did I feel pressured and have never had a better experience at a dealership. My experience didn't stop there. Yes, my truck experienced a check engine light within the first 24 hours but the way the team at Banks handled it impressed me. Murphy's Law always applies. After working many years in customer service and sales for multiple industries I tend to scrutinize how situations are handled. Both Chris B. and Rick G. handled this with the utmost attention and reinforced my decision on why I chose Banks for my truck purchase. I arrived at Banks a week ago today, and I was shown several vehicles that my salesman Keith thought I would be interested in buying, he only showed me ones in my price range and was not pushy to sell me a truck just to benefit him, I was there 2 hours and in that time I found a truck I wanted so Keith made sure everything went smoothly for my purchase and I was able to get it the next day, and I was so happy with the way I was treated by all that assisted with my purchase my wife and I went back the next day to get my truck we bought her a Jeep that she loved. Purchased a 2021 Tahoe from Kyle at Banks, great honest guy. I have purchased 3 vehicles from there now and always great customer service. It’s a big dealership with a small dealership feel to it. My last Tahoe was purchased at quirks, only because they had what I was looking for when no one else did. I left there feeling pushed in the wrong direction. It also felt like your typical car salesman, just wanted what was best for him. This brought me straight back to buying at banks. I have never felt this there and always felt like they will do what the customer wants and not what they want.

I had my Trax serviced at Banks Chevrolet for an oil change and a check engine light. While scheduling service I was advised that I had a free oil change from GM that had expired in August. I wish I could remember his name but the gentleman at the service desk went above and beyond by contacting GM to see if I could still have the courtesy oil change. After picking my car up my cars issue had been resolved and my oil change was covered. I am beyond happy with the level of customer service I received.

I happen to need car repairs at the worst possible time. My husband was home on hospice very I’ll. I explained the situation through tears. My car was done right away with compassion for my predicament. I made it home 10 minutes before he passed. I absolutely could never forget this kindness. Thank you so very much

I had an issue with my Escalade on the way back from a family vacation. I did not buy my vehicle from Banks because I live in MA, but they did not care. They treated my family and I, like we were lifetime customers. They immediately looked at my vehicle to diagnose the issue... Unfortunately we weren't going to be able to drive it home, but they were very accommodating to us in the waiting room while waiting to get a ride home. We were told with the global supply chain issues, the parts needed could take 2-4 weeks. However exactly 1 week later I received a call from Banks, stating they were able to expedite the parts and made the repairs right away. Because of their impeccable service department, I will definitely look to buy my next car there even though they are father away then local dealers. Thank you Banks!

Banks is the only place I go to for service of my vehicles, I love that you don't need an appointment for their basic service care. I drive a lot of miles and when I need an oil change NOW, I can always count on Banks! Their service department is fast and friendly, even sales staff while I wait!

I called and made a service appointment for my daughter. We showed up at the time our appointment was at but was told we didn’t have one in which I got very upset. The women that was helping us got a huge attitude, I then gave her one right back. After that though it was a very pleasant experience we both got over are initial frustrations and were very kind to one another. Though we just got the car back and it is currently leaking oil.
