I would LOVE to give a shout out to Ms Alexis L..... She has been absolutely AMAZING at being a kind and understanding person. I have had some calls with this company and yes some peeps are just plain rude but Not her. I have been asking for her directly and She is truly a rock star and made my financial situation that much easier and less stressful ! Thanks for everything!

They sold me a car that was so unsafe to drive and it almost killed me the trunk flew open when I was getting onto the 202. Also they have you pay for a warranty and when you try to get a repair done they want you to drop your car off for up to 2-3weeks and won't give you a car to use while your car sits waiting for repair. Then try to sue you when you stop paying for it.

They put we were 30 days behind we sold the vehicle and was not 30 days late when I called them I was just giving the run around about how a manger would contact us if they don’t resolve this we will be hiring attorney to take care of it

I never got a car or financial advice from this company (thank God). They do not work with their customers or make it possible to keep the vehicles. They do NOT notify you before the repossession (they are to contact you prior to ordering the repossession, email/cell and so forth) like the law states. Better Business Bureau needs to look into the company ASAP. As someone who has worked in the repossession industry for over 8 years, this place is a SHAM. Stay VERY FAR AWAY unless you want to be trapped in a financial burden. They bank on people who are ignorant with their financials

I can assure you that we work with ALL our customers to avoid repossession and provide them with every opportunity to bring their account current. Unfortunately some of customers refuse to make payment or even communicate with us; leaving us no other option other than to pursue our right to repossess the vehicle due to our security interest. All our repossessions are completed peacefully within the limits of the law.

It’s now 10/20/2021 16 days later I have paid the vehicle off in full on 10/4/2021. I spoke with your title and registration department and they said 18 days and in my note on there computer it stated 15 days to release. You have as the owner 14 days stated by you below. What is the accurate date . The process is not extensive, I did my part and paid for the vehicle please do yours and release my title to azmvd.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would . Representative do not note the accounts correctly leaving you with no records. They will do anything to have you pay them money even falsify credit reportings to have you owe . Do not buy a car from here. Not professional don’t reach out by phone call even knowing you changed your address. Took me 6 phone calls just to have the right person to answer her phone . I’m glad phone recordings exist just so they know they contradicted themselves.

All lies my review is not misleading! I did have a horrible customer service experience with auto now and addition to that I did call cactus jack. they said you guys owned the car and place the prices! We got scammed and you guys did nothing in your power to support us but it is ok we bought a 12,000 lemon and for everyone else to know the car doesn’t run. We paid 12,000 in 3 years for a lemon. Never go to these people for a car. It is a scam
We own the loan, the car is the collateral. We set the finance terms, but we do not sell vehicles. I suggest you explore the warranty option as mentioned.

This company needs to be looked into for providing false and misleading information to customers to get them to pay. For taking advantage of people and for their recovery practices. They need to find employees that are willing to talk to customers as adults not try to belittle them for asking questions or asking for help. I had the worst call with "Alex the manager of recovery" i have filed complaints with several regulations agencies due to the anxiety i felt after the call. I make my payments and to be told i cant afford something and im not responsible because things got tight is wrong. I wish i ciuld give them Negative stars

Ricardo is the worst agent I’ve ever spoken to in my whole entire life he’s the worst because he is so rude and very uncommunicated with the customers, by just being so sarcastic I don’t understand why this place hires bad people!! all this place wants is money money money money! just so horrible I wouldn’t refer this place to anyone ! They are a bunch of crooks & scammers! this place needs to be shut down. & Alex the GM is a clown and needs to get fired ASAP!!

You know I’m reading all these bad reviews on this place and to me that’s just crazy. I’ve been working with them the past 2 comin on 3 years and they sold me a quality car that has taken nothing but standard maintenance. Not to mention I haven’t been the most reliable throughout the loan yet they still work with me and continue to do so and they are pretty forgiving if you just communicate the situation. Anyways I would recommend them to anyone who is willing to put the effort to actually maintain the payment and the car. Good people to, all of em. I’ve had very few issues with this company, and I appreciate them to say the least. Again, I would definitely recommend this company to any one who is serious about a car or so to say a potential investment to make your life easier and come out with a solid car depending on how you care for it. 5 outta 5 thx guys for real!

This company is absolutely terrible. Not only am I paying 75% more than the value agreed on. At first i was okay with this after being years deep into paying it off. I’ve come to the point where i’m throwing money at this company trying to get it paid off & this company out of my life. But ALSO, i’m currently in the process of trying to register this vehicle in another state. Where they WILL NOT, send me my sales contract, let alone any paperwork I ask for, for whatever sketchy reason. Luckily i will be contacting a lawyer & seeing which route i can take. This is insane & I don’t wish this on my worst enemy.

It don’t matter who I talk to at this place everyone is disrespectful. I was late once and the representative was arguing and screaming over me wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. Told him to go ahead and make the payment because my pay schedule changed and they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me with that either because it changed and I don’t get paid weekly anymore. I have never in my entire life been so disrespected by one company except this one. If there’s a way to get out of my loan today I would this is the worst company ever

Timothy Tennon is my customer representative I get all the time. I make sure to use his extension as he explains everything in a clear, concise, and easy to understand way. He's very professional and nice. Anytime I have a problem and I call him we manage to come to a solution quickly. With him I am never on the phone for more than 5 to 10 minutes. Great customer service Timothy! Keep up the great work!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Miss Maria, Miss Suzanna, And Mr Timothy. I was behind on payments due to being sick and hospitalized with Covid even after being vaccinated, And these 3 people bent over backwards to help me out. It didnt work out to plan due to issues with upper management but the dedication and grace behind these 3 people was impressive. The only reason 5 stars was given was due to these individuals being kind and understanding. If yall ever get tired of the auto finance industry itd be a privelege to have people like this on my team. Thank yall again, it was a pleasure.

I have had my car loan with Auto Now Financial Services since 2017. Customer service has been outstanding. They are professional, courteous, and understanding. They work with you if you fall on hard times. I have spoke to all representatives especially Sierra and Raina and they are very understanding and are currently working with so that I can catch up on my payments after loosing my job and waiting for my unemployment to come in.
