All these reviews are LIES!!! These people are Crooks. They sold me a 2020 Chevy Malibu and I have to bring it to Chevy to be fixed twice the check engine light is on for the third time my AC compressor went out. and all they do is expect you to still pay your car note and then pay them to fix the damages. They buy these cars from auctions that's already damaged they fix them up and they resell them they look good but they are no good do not buy any cars from these people run and do not look back !!! YOU HAVE BEEN warned ⚠️!

The whole team is amazing! I specifically worked closely with Hugo and Abel and the process was fast and smooth. I was at the dealership for no more than 90 mins or so. I appreciate that the staff was transparent, courteous and fast. I will definitely spread the word about Auto Express Credit!

Go see Ken!! He’s the best salesman. If you have a good paying job your approved. They have have newer model vehicles with good mileage and a mechanic on site! Ken goes above and beyond to make sure that your in the vehicle that you love! Not a rude salesman and the manager is awesome as well. Auto express credit is your place to go!

They do so much to get you in a car to rip you off! Then they had the nerve to give me a car with pads that were not good and when I took it back they did not fix it, I ended up having to spend money getting the pads rotars and calipers fixed. Do not go here, go to car rite. I could have lost my life! They didn’t care either just wanted the rest of that down payment!

Auto express and Ken was able to get me the car I wanted and work out a good deal. The service was very much appreciated and I would recommend people to come here to get a new car.

BEWARE! This lot sells flood cars from LA and TX that had no insurance on them so the floods are not reported on the carfax. I bought a van from them for myself ( a single mom of 4 kids) and explained I needed a reliable car. I put 5,000 down and $410 a month! rip off I know! Within the month the tail light went out and that costs $100. Then the battery was not for the car, Broke down out of state and that cost $150 then the transmission for $2800!!! before I even had it a year then 3 months later the engine blew! Never have I ever had trash like this in my life. Every shop that looked at the car on a lift said it is rusted out under neath because it was a flood car from Louisiana. I bought the car in 2017 and it was a 2014! Do not trust them. I have watched them continue to bring these flood cars in and clean them up and scam people with Westlake financial who has massive lawsuits again them! Stay very far away!

My salesman was Abel. He helped me out a lot even when I become frustrated he had so much patience. He helped me find a 2020 at a reasonable price. I would recommend Able and auto express to anyone.

My salesmen was Ken. He was fabulous. This was a hard decision for me due to my credit being so bad and I was used to being in a luxury car.... Ken put me in a NEW car at a reasonable price, helped me with the down payment and made it possible to drive away same day in a great car. 2018 Altima- only 20,000 miles and a VERY pretty car... Next year when I’m ready to get back into Infiniti, I will only deal with Ken!

Kevin was fantastic. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord and I am very happy with the experience. His depth of knowledge, his truthfulness and his approach to ensure that we not only got the best car possible out of the 2 that I was looking at, he also made sure that I got the best loan possible. Kevin was phenomenal in his approach. His methods were to first analyze our application to best determine what car we should be put in. He was patient with us and wanted to make sure we were offered the best financing possible. He found several lenders for us and it worked out way better than expected. Kevin is highly recommended. I love the experience. This dealership cares so much about their customers and the financial expectations in financing a vehicle.

Been given the run-around between the service department, managers, and finance department for the longest. What originally was a 2-week hiccup because of my own finances has turned into a 2 month run-around. Car STILL hasn't been fixed and I have to call continuously for an update. I will not be referring anyone because of this inconvenience. Gio (service manager) has done well and above when it comes to what he can do. But the process as a whole is a complete N-O. Was even denied postponing payments until issue is resolved. Guys have to abide by your loyal clients. This is my 2nd car from here. But last.

Company is unethical and I have already reported to BBB. It's crazy when a consumer has to ask over and over for their own contract. Not receiving it and being B.S. around. I'm starting to think there was never a contract in the beginning. And please don't respond to me with the fake "we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience" customer service talk. The problem needs to be fixed! Help me Howard here I come. If I could give zero stars I would along with the middle finger. Horrible company

Excellent customer service I have been buying cars from them for many years

Not everyone is approved with $850 down, they asked for me to do a credit app because they knew they could get me approved and after shotgunning my credit around to 5 different lenders, German calls me to say I would need 9000 down and his “in house” banks are closed for now but I should wait for a few weeks maybe more to see if the in-house banks will “reopen”. German was a nice guy and at least had the decency to call and let me know. Not sure how I feel about the dealership but I didn’t get approved as they promised on all ads from Craigslist and website. Best of luck to all who shop there. 3 stars seems sufficient

The was easiest car buying experience ever. The team was amazing and Ken (my salesperson) was great. He was attentive and listened to what I wanted and gave me the best deal EVER!!! I would definitely recommend Auto Express for your next car purchase

I do not know how much they paid all of these people for reviews. Or they just haven’t realized what happened yet. However to share my experience, I had an appointment with ken he does not listen to anything you say at all. Half the time he doesn’t know what’s going on. I told him I have no repos and he said 3 times “when was the repo?”. He had the audacity to tell me that for a 2017 Nessina Sentra with 50k miles on it. I was getting a deal for 4300$ Plus tag and title down and $526 a month for 3 1/2 yrs which comes out to a little over $25k for a car that has a kbb value of $10k when I pointed that out he got all flustered and tried to justify it. When I told him I wasn’t doing anything today, he rushed me out of the office and then texted me 20 mins after I left. Saying that they found my address in New Jersey and that it killed the loan. FYI I have lived in Florida my whole life. Then started offering other car lots that I can go to. This place is the biggest scam and they pray on people who have no credit. It truly is sad because they take advantage of people every day.

after 2 days of searching for a car. i was referred to auto express credit. and found the perfect car me. the service was excellent and they made sure i was satisfied with my car and the payments was just right for me. i will recommend this place to everyone i know. i loved the friendly service and they are really down to earth and understanding of all individuals needs.

JT Money is the greatest help ever! I love how everyone worked as a team and super friendly! Btw the car they sold me had nails in the tires, had not had a oil change and the engine was slipping. It was a 2019. DONNOT RECOMMEND

The building has a sign 850 drive everybody drives and he went in and met JTJT was working on it called me two times at night said he get back to me in the morning well JT wasn’t there in the morning so I left another message with somebody else and then they text me it’s not 850 I need 3000 down to the 850 is a gimmick to get in the door and then they don’t have the respect to call you and tell you what the bank wants they text you poor service would never recommend to anybody else
