DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , they will have u set up allotments then deny u when they advertise no check check !!! I asked the last 2 days about my application because on Wednesday the last day to cancel allotments. They deny me after now money will cone out my check. Stay away from ONEBLIC

It's a quick way to get a small loan as a postal employee. The process was quick and easy. The interest rates, well, they're not great, but for a small loan that doesn't really care about credit its far better than something like a payday loan. Overall, its thus far been a fine experience. The only reason for four stars instead of five is how obnoxious the emails are begging for reviews. I got the loan about two weeks ago and I've probably had ten emails asking for a review.

I definitely would not recommend. I’ve been a federal employee for eight years and was denied a loan. I didn’t even submit the application, I was returning to log in and attach my allotment and app said denied. Online, it said I had 7 days to upload my supporting documents, this was day 2.

Although the application process was straightforward, it's nearly impossible to reach a representative. I've called every day for the past month and the lines are always "busy." The company gives you the option to have someone call you back. Every time someone calls me back, they disconnect the call to avoid speaking. Unsure if the employees are overworked and underpaid, but it's frustrating not being able to get in contact with customer service to discuss my account.

Diamante Heard

One of the worst loan companies because they don’t know how to work their allotment program. I reached out to them before because they marked my credit report as 30 days late even though the payment comes out of my paycheck. It happened again, and they have no resolve. There’s been no change on my end of the allotment, and they’re just messing my credit up at this point. Don’t use this company.

Was offered refinance option through txt and email but on my dashboard button is locked and have been trying to get a call back for two weeks have asked to speak to supervisor's have emailed as well and have proof of all of it but can't get any service . Will be putting stop payment on allotment and contacting better business bureau as well .

I was contacted by this company to apply for a loan. I went thru the loan process sent in twice my allotment information that I set up the allotment for loan repayment. Because after filing out the application they said I was approved for $3000. Later in the evening I got an email saying I was not approved and they check my credit through a third-party. How are you advertising no credit check but are checking credit? This was inconvenience with now having to go cancel an allotment after being told I was approved!
