They are the worst, customer services suck. They don't fix your car. My engine light comes on after 2 weeks, I took it to them. They charge me over $600. A week later my engine light came back on. They say I need a new transmission and it will cost me over $3500. My car is not even paid off. They didn't call me to tell me the problem I had to go up there and demand an answer. Negative stars

I want to share the experience my mom had with these people. They took away her car because they said someone else was driving her vehicle. Her tags were expired because they send their car titles through the mail and it got lost in the process. They said there was a signature and the signature was not hers because she has been out of the state for almost 6 months already. They assumed one of my sisters was driving the car and completely dismissed anything my mom had to say. They gave out my moms LEGAL information to someone who wasn’t her and didn’t verify if it was her or not, breaking the law in that matter. Overall, the customer service of this “establishment” is HORRIBLE. They don’t work with you and definitely don’t care if your vehicle is almost paid off. After all the sacrifices my mom made to get this vehicle, they took it away because she didn’t renew her plates because THEY lost her title… is this the type of business you want to do business with?

The communication from manager Jennie from finance office is very disrespectful. She denies ever being rude or her negative behavior. Waiting for owner Mike to reach out to is. Shame on your company for being aware of her rudeness and still not addressing it. Everyone of her coworkers seem scared of her.

I went to the one on Front st.and got a Ford focus the people were really nice. They gave me chance when nobody else would and I am very thankful for that. I haven't had any problems or issues with my car.

Buyers beware this is one of the car lots that sell you anything and will use your insurance your full coverage insurance to fix their problem I got a car from there didn't even have it 12 hours and the car starts smoking these are bad people to get a car from ladies strongly advise you all to have a real mechanic with y'all if you going to car lots like this don't make the same mistakes that's the rest of us women made trust in these people that's a big mistake all your money gone just like that.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from this dealership. I was actually on foot and didn't have a car, walking in the rain when I walked past this dealership. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM HERE AT ALL😊. Ruben was exceptional in the sales process. I would DEFINITELY refer and/or purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from them last week. The process was easy and efficient. Mario was very gracious the entire time and I was approved for financing although I don't have the best credit. I love my vehicle of which I'm the second owner.

Showed up with a very specific vehicle in mind that I was wanting to get into and luckily they had that vehicle. I did my research before so there wasn’t any surprises they could throw my way. All in all the service was very professional and would recommend for any one looking for a nice vehicle to be in.

I been having my car for bout 2 to 3 weeks and I LOVE IT. The staff is very friendly, the car payments are very reasonable. The staff really work with you to get you in a vehicle you really want. My vehicle mileage is under 100.000, it rides smooth and is very clean. I'm so glad that I was referred to them. I wish I would have read these reviews before I chose to go to this dealership, everything is fine when you go in to buy a car, but every interaction with the company after that is everything but pleasant. I will not be sending any others to them and have started referring them to other buy here pay here places in the area. Autobank you really need to do better.

I had a bad experience with them, I haven't had this truck longer than 7 months and I already did a volunteering repossession. Bad Customer Service(Auto Center), fail to try to fix problems without attitudes, one thing can be fixed on the truck just for me to have to call about a different problem. I felt they lied when saying the truck never been in a wreck and that it was brand new. I done experience consistant car shaking, burning smells as my air is on while I'm driving, greyish/blue smoke coming out the tail pipes. Just because attitudes I received delayed my truck getting fixed it broke down because they tried to schedule a month out from the day I called about burning smell. The day of schedule appointment try to get it towed up there 30mins late and they refuse to see my truck and pushed the date back 2 more weeks for the truck to get fix. Here I am a month later invested in over 3,000 on this truck just to tell them I don't want it no more.

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape with around 70k miles in it. First three months the transmission broke they fixed it for free. 5 months in the car completely is shot. the oil and antifreeze were leaking and they said “they don’t even know where it’s coming from.” I was driving down the highway with my 3 year old in the car when my car broke both times. the most shady, unreliable place to go to. The mechanic “Angel” laughs in your face when you’re asking questions while obviously upset. “Mario” is no help at all, while being very dismissive and rude. Now it’s Christmas eve and I have to go without a car until they can call me and tell me what is the next step. I take very good care of the car since I’m a single mom and knew I would have no other way of getting around. I wasted all my saved up money to buy this car and it’s not even 6 months in and it’s already gone.

Jim at Auto Bank was amazing. He did everything he could to take my trade in, but there was a problem with the title. Went back with a cash down payment, was still able to get the car I wanted, and the paperwork was easy and took a reasonable amount of time. I am also very happy with the deal we got on our new car. It is a reasonable price for what it is, and the interest is lower than I've paid for bad credit auto loans in the past. The payments are reasonable, and they were willing to work with me even though I'm self employed. Jim even had the mechanics put a new battery in the car before we drove away because they had to jump start it and they wanted to make sure it was good. I highly recommend Auto Bank for anyone who needs a good car on bad credit.

5 starts from me, First time going through a process of getting a car and wouldn’t have wanted it to gone smooth any other way. Best experience I have received there and InLove with my Jetta!

This place has the most horrible service ever.. The have not helped me they have had my car in their possession and isn't trying to keep me as a customer... It started with my first serious repair.. Which was on Sept.4 my car went in reverse on me while I tried to pull out into the inter section. Which i almost caused a wreck due to me being in the way of others so i had to tow it to shop to see what was wrong with it. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks due to the fuse box , an oil change and the spark plugs which I paid for it to be fixed. Got it back in my possession Sept. 17. On my way to work on Sept. 20 my car stop on me again in the middle of the street I was stranded until I found help for a problem i thought they fixed which I had to tow my car to them again. Tried to get in contact with the head of mechanics. He is the one that decides if im eligible to get a trade but he denied me. It is now Nov.9 which is 1month ,2 weeks and 4 days. My car is still in the shop the problem with it now is the wire harness which needs to be replaced and I had paid for and I ended up losing my job behind this I have every day since then and they claim that they have searched everywhere for the part but it keeps getting discontinued. So now they have told me that I have to fix the problem myself which is so unhelpful when the car is in their possession. I am drained and so disappointed with the service care. Simply because they have not tried to help me get out of this situation and they are the only one I have taken the car too.

I love this place sooooo much definitely will be back. I had to go to work and I was crunched for time but Jeanie got me in and out. She helped me find something I would love and the process was extremely quick and easy. If you need a car definitely come see her. I got my car exactly 30 days ago, Chrysler 200 limited 2015. I purposely waited so I could give a more detailed and honest review. Janet and Jon were amazing to work with, everything was done in less than 3 hours, they also found me reasonable insurance, worked with what I had, and most important to me is they report to all 3 credit bureaus. They also have a service shop, which yes I had to use due my check engine light coming on ( I forgot to close my gas cap). I haven't had any issues, and they worked with fair credit and no DL.

This place is horrible. They have all 🍋 🍋. Every time I was bringing my car to get looked at so was other people. These people would be frustrated, aggravated, and just wore out with trying to get their money back. My car motor blew up. I only had it for 2 months. The manager is definitely a rude piece of flesh. I witness these men put their hands on a women. They never tried me and I'm Glade they didn't. It would not of been a good thing. Please go to a safer car place Like Auto Credit, Auto Zone, Drive Time, Honda, Kia, Nissan ECT

Everyone I've encountered here has been so nice. They really worked with us on the down payment which was greatly appreciated because we needed a vehicle so so badly. I recommend them to anyone that asks where I got my car or that mentions they are wanting to get another car. Great place in my opinion 👍
