I wasn't looking for a loan but for advice. She took it upon herself to search out a number of alternatives, but it turned out that the best solution was a re-fi through ACM. We had a very difficult situation where there were more twists during the process than the Mississippi river - before Babe and Paul Bunyan straightened it out. There were issues on all sides - qualification, builder delays, non-standard builder financing, etc... But Tom Oltmann just rode through it and helped us every step of the way. Even when another funding group (builder's primary) backed out and said they could not do it, Tom succeeded. I have used Charlie Cooper and now Tom for the last 3 houses, and some were very ugly, but the team handled it all.
