Bubba and his team were fantastic. The day I called we had a pre approval and we’re funded in only fifteen days. He and his processor, Pepper, were very responsive and stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process. PLUS they seem to have access to lenders and rates lower than anyone else. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely be using them exclusively for all personal and business transactions! Great job guys!!

This was our first time to deal with the selling and buying of a home at the same time and we were not prepared for the stresses we were going to go through. Let me start by saying it was not an easy transaction due to the property type we were looking to purchase as well as being our first commercial deal. Bubba and Pepper were the perfect team. A biggie for me was, they were always available to take a call and handle issues promptly. After some hard work, we were successful in funding the transaction. This company wasted months of my time and Bubba brashaw told me if he couldn't help me buy a house no one in this city could. He obviously doesn't know how to do his job properly because I now own a house thanks to lenders that know what their doing.
