New remote job required a signed I-9 employment verification form ASAP. After 8 hours of my time including 3 previous face-to-face meetings with a notary public that would not sign the I9 form, David signed it within a hour of our initial contact. Thanks again David.

I felt rushed out of the office in a very unprofessional manner . The credit processing system had trouble processing my valid credit card and the owner, rather than try to resolve the issue then rushed me out of the office and billed me via venmo. When payment was not made immediately upon receipt of the request, proceeded to threaten me. To be fair the payment was made the next day after receiving the request but a simple notice that th we request had been sent , rather than a threat would have been sufficient

I had my small son with me so I was hoping that it wouldn’t take long. Deena was amazing. Very friendly and quick! She had us in and out. Provided copies as well as a business card in case I had any trouble or questions about my paper work! Highly recommended!

David was most pleasant and helpful accommodating me today. He adhered to the COVID precautions and exhibited awesome customer service!

It was horrible..I called few days ago to make an appointment and asked if they can provide witnesses too. The guy on the phone answered "Yes, when can you be here?" I said "around 2 pm" He goes "call back tomorrow" and the guy just hung up. It took me a while to figure out what just happened.. Didn't want to spend a dime on him because of his attitude, so I went to UPS instead. Everything went smooth with UPS. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's surprising that they have so many good reviews..

Such a great experience! Honestly this was my first time using a notary so I found this office by google and luck - SO glad that I did!! Daniel was quick to respond to my email inquiry, I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and he could not have been more kind, polite, professional and efficient in person. I called Sunday morning to see if I could get something notarized that afternoon. At first, they told me they were not at Atlanta office today. But then, Dave called me back a few minutes later to say he’d be more than happy to come from Duluth at 2PM. When I told him I needed earlier, he graciously came in earlier. Once I was at the office, I realized that they only took $20 cash or check. Of course, I had only $16 in cash. After digging around in my purse and finding no extra money, Dave accepted my $16 so I didn’t have to go to the ATM and be late to work. He was so kind! I’d recommend Atlanta Notary to anyone!! Thanks Dave!

Asian notary guy is rude and unprofessional he hate his job I should’ve known not to go here based on how rude he was to me on the phone! Do not recommend they will make you feel uncomfortable

David was excellent. I needed a document notarized and he was able to get me a same day appointment, which was after work at 7pm. I was even a little late and he graciously waited, Once I arrived he was professional and very fast. I will be recommending him to friends!

Top notch firm. I've worked with David and his team twice so far and it has been a great experience both times. Communication is quick and easy. This last time proved how dedicated David is to being thorough, as he did some additional research after we had concluded business and gave me a call to swing back by for an additional document that I was going to need. I most definitely recommend Atlanta Notaries to anyone looking for their services in the area.

Horrible service. I went there one day and it was closed with a note left at the door saying they were out for a while, and there was a phone number on the note so I called, no one answered. I came home and this guy(I won't mention his name) called back so I asked if they would be open at 9am the next day and he just said yes. So the next morning I called him again just to make sure he's there and he told me that I need to make an appointment AND he added "that's what I told you yesterday". So I told him that he said nothing about making an appointment and he said "well I'm telling you now?" I was so shocked by his attitude but I made an appointment anyway. I got there just on time, they made me wait for 15 min like what's the point of making an appointment if you're gonna make them wait anyway? And they charged me $95 for notarizing my employment authorization document. If anyone needs to get their documents notarized, go to a bank or USPS, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Additionally: Apparently I'm not supposed to leave a negative review about their business even if I'm only stating a fact based on my experience. I received an email saying that they would sue me AND my employer(I'm like .....???????) if I don't take down this review within 5 days. It was a 100% truthful negative review about their service but I had to delete what I wrote out of fear after I got the email because I felt threatened since they had all my personal information and I didn't feel safe. But I have the right to speak up about my experience and most importantly I had no reason to lie, harm anyone whatsoever. This is a complete violation of civil rights -- In all honesty, I just wanted to share my experience with the community, not to attack the business.

My husband and I went to Atlanta Notaries to get our paper notarized for our car. When we arrived the staff gave us excellent customer service. They were very friendly and so helpful. They also gave us a really good price on getting our paper notarized. When we left, my husband and I were relieved that we had met a company that appreciated and valued our business. I loved this service and would recommend this company to any and everyone.
