Atlanta Check Cashers GA, Riverdale

This place is a joke. The heavyset manager is a joke as well. She made her staff go through all the protocol to cash my check and because it was dated 1/10 and today's date is 1/14 she won't cash it. I got questioned on why I waited so long, showed them my mobile deposit and cash app history and they also called my job and verfied me, check number and amount and because I wasn't RUSHING to cash my checks they declined me.

Checked website for Saturday hours for we were on a tight schedule. The website and hours of operation posted on the door said opening time was 7am. Employee got the around 7:05. Around 7:15 we called and the phone just rang. The door was finally open at 7:20. At 7am the employee should be in place with everything in order for the operations can start. OMG!!

Employees here are very rude, they take their time servicing you. I hardly ever give reviews but this place is absolutely horrible and it should be known. Customer service is completely awful.

They will verify your check with the owner of your company and still Deny the check. Also got interrogated like I was doing something wrong. Went across the street went through the same process and they cashed my checks. Would give this place 0 stars if it wasn’t for the young lady who actually put forth the effort to get my check cashed. Also had the nerve to lie and say they have a database with all the business information but I clearly heard her boss tell her to go on SOS which is a public site. These people will lie to you and not cash your check based off your appearance

Very Rude and Unprofessional! No customer complaint number seen in view because They know THEY WOULD GET PLENTY CALLS! WHOEVER THE BLACK LADY WHO HAS AN ACCENT IS VERY RUDE! SHE IS TOO UGLY TO BE SO RUDE! NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT BACK IN THERE CAUSE I ALMOST SLAP THEY RUDE A##! She didnt greet , was on her cell texting before asking if we needed help.Service was less than a 1star

One of the employees was very rude and she didn't listen to what I was trying to tell her my situation and she put me on blast about the check i had bought in and she was made a scene for no reason. Its like she thought I was lying about the check. Please do not go here she has red weave in her hair and red eye brows

Treated very poorly , the employees were so rude. Every time I want to do western union they refuse and say they have no money. I feel discriminated against. Please don’t go there!

Great customer service!!! The two ladies that work in the insurance department are very kind and conservative! Awesome job ladies
