This place is very unprofessional! I was in a rush while trying to cash my check and with no one being there I was still there for like 20mins. They lady helping me was extremely rude and was on her phone the whole time which made the process extremely longer then it needed to be. I had to keep getting her attention from texting to even see that I was trying to hand her my information. She barley said anything to me just shoved stuff in my face for me to sign. The other lady was eating and on her phone as well!!! They did cash my check though lol it was just the process for me

Now I walked and that is none of these young ladies fault however their customer service skills are. Talking to each other and not me. Didn't acknowledge. Ask me a question and as I'm answering answer a phone call. Then I'm only getting 40 from a friend that sent me money. Gave my phone number tracking and ID as asked yet I'm here for over 5 min waiting while she speak with everybody else and tap these fake nails on this keyboard. No shade but my people need to step it up. This lil office got more ac than I do in a two bedroom apt so whats the deal? Lost a star while I was typing this since they chose to demean another customer while I'm still waiting. And another star for throwing my money and not counting it.

Please beware !!!!! Do not go to this place to cash any check they will rip you off ..10% fee to cash a money order..”1000$ money order= 100$ fee” .save your money ..it cost about 3$ at Kroger or public’s

Horrible service ! I called before I came and asked a question about western union and if could I pick up my $150 she said yes and then when I caught a uber to the place she said she didn’t have any cash !!! Waste of time how does a check cashing place run out of cash ?

The staff is rude and nonchalant as if it's the culture and the hours are inconsistent

If I could give them no stars I would. Very unprofessional and ghetto. They made me fill out an entire application and asked to look at my PERSONAL BANK TRANSACTIONS just to cash a $600 check. Then charged $30 .never cashed a check elsewhere with as big a hassle and high fee for $600. I only went because they were the only check cashing place open and had to pay an important bill. I will never return ever again

Will not patronize this business again, first and last time. I got a check in the mail from a business for $40 something dollars on a Saturday, went to this place on Sunday to cash it the guy asking me why is the business sending me a check umm none of your business, he called the number on the check and he said it said it was some type of error and I would have to come back on Monday but the check I was cashing the business was opened on Sunday.So I left and called the number on the check and I spoke to someone to check the validity of the check and it was indeed valid. This business just didn’t want to cash it because they obviously though it was something up with it which it wasn’t.

First of all the cashiers are rude they take their time. Also there are two people in here and only one person is handling the window. I will never spend my black dollars here again

Only accepts cash for money orders.

It says 8am open why do I have to wait 15 mins for you to open the door
