Let me tell you, Mrs. Deborah Elias was amazing. I loved her spirit. Very vibrant, upbeat, & so Cheerful. She was very informative & helpful with me becoming a member. She answered any & all of my questions. Went above & beyond. I can tell she loves what she does. I wish there were more people in the world like her, when it comes to conducting great business. So happy we crossed paths. Thank You, Mrs. Deborah....you're AWESOME!!!

Thanks to Ry! She was able to get my credit approved and check my credit scores. She was able to get everything done for me and she greeted me at my new delta community account since it was my first time using Delta. I felt very welcomed and I thought I could ask the staffs anything. I loved going to this location now, the faculty was nice to me and I didn't need to be afraid of them now. Thanks, staff and faculty, and especially Ry for helping me to get my first credit approved! (:

Today I came in the guard was on his phone it was up loud he didn't see me at first then the young lady of the counter she never looked up from her computer she didn't even speak to me she simply said what's your name and when I said hi how you doing she said what's your last name this is the first time ever I've been to Delta and they were just all hope around rude unacceptable I came in April 21st at 1pm

I love the customer service at this branch. I have been to others but this branch is the best. One of the representatives by the name of Brandon McCrary has given me the time customer service help that I needed during the time that I needed assistance. I went to the branch on 10/7/2020 due to fraudulent on my checking account. Brandon went over and above to help me, I didn’t know if my funds would be restored but Mr Brandon was the angel that made my day. I like to say to the Delta Community Credit Union that you’re doing a great job helping the customers. Thank you for caring

There is a young lady that keeps each teller station wiped down to protect the public, and she is spot on. She will not allow you to come to the next teller until she has sanitized it from the previous customer. This inside location is customer service oriented and always quite friendly, however I seem to get the same teller when I use the drive up services, and not quite as friendly.

I wasn't pleased at all with my experience!!! The older female receptionist was rude and a bit aggressive! The staff appeared incompetent and clueless. I value good customer service so my standards are particular. For some reason this location just couldn't get it right(smh). I even called corporate to confirm the policy's protocol...still no luck. I would advise people to try a different location if able...this is the least competent one I've been to. Its the lack of professionalism and consideration for me!

Delta Credit Union is so incredible, I walked in to get a new replacement card, mission accomplished and then I meet this very professional service member name TY who not only helped me but gave me great knowledge on how to build my credit even better so I could be able to get my first home. This guy was very helpful, customer service was outstanding and I left there feeling satisfied. I highly recommend TY and Delta Credit Union for your financial support. They truly know how to treat people.

UPDATE:PLEASE SHOW THAT YOU ALL ARE CLOSE FOR JUNETEENTH. YOUR WEBSITE SHOWS THAT YOU ARE OPEN. I WASTED MY TIME & GAS This is a spectacular bank. I have had absolutely no problems with this place since I've been a member. Customer service is stellar here and everyone does thier best to make you satisfied. They have a credit card rewards program (rewards points) that allows you to buy things like Amazon gift cards and many other thing. I would encourage anyone to open an account.

This my local and favorite location. They always go above and beyond with anything I ask of them. And I am proud to be a member, yesterday on 7/22/21. Ms. Deborah Elias member services exceeded my expectations. Please keep her around. She’s is truly a gem. Thanks DCU

Worst location ever. The atm outside and inside is never working. Absolutely sucks!

I'm giving you zero stars solely for the atm at this location. It's ridiculous. A massive line 45 mins to an hour wait just to deposit or withdraw money? I don't care how great the service is inside, the service is 100% poor with atm service like this people are literally lined up out to the street. Immensely disappointing delta especially after a long day's work. Other banks do not have this problem and we want a solution.
