This agency is absolutely awful. I was contacted just two days before our renewal and informed that the policy was basically going to double. Then as the agent Kayla shopped around she eventually found a slightly better quote. I quickly submitted everything she needed and was assured there would be no lapse in coverage. The day my current policy was set to expire I asked her to please send me a status before she left for the day but received no communication. The following day I began to inquire again. I received an email that they could go ahead and bind coverage with my approval. I sent back an approval and no reply. All the while I am in jeopardy with no coverage and yet I am absolutely willing able and have responded to the offer for coverage. I have been relying on this agents due diligence and I believe she has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure she is acting in the best interest of her client. She has not done that. This is terrible representation.

My business signed last year for insurance with the promise that this next year the premium would return to our expected costs due to using them for a year. Weeks before renewal, everyone we knew at the company's phones and emails had been disconnected. We had no way of finding out if we even still had insurance from before their merger... The main contact on their website did not work either... Curtis Taylor (an employee of the insurance company) did nothing but discriminate against my business with jacked-up rates and complicated set up policies; all in an effort to squeeze money out a small business. Curtis even forwarded my wife and I internal emails in which he and another coworker were making fun of us!... They refused to set us up on a monthly payment like we had originally been set up, and simply told us to "do it ourselves". Due to Curtis's complete lack of competence, I am now sitting two days from renewal and am having to look for another insurance company. I had referred other people to this insurance company in the same profession as myself, and for whatever reason, insurance gave those other parties considerably better customer service and far superior rates. The employees of this insurance company are nothing but highly discriminatory, condescending snobs.

We met with Meghan Haller early last week and we found her to be very open to my husband's sense of humor, knowledgeable in her field, dedicated to us individually in servicing our needs and willing to do appropriate follow-up if needed in the future. She made us feel comfortable with her calm demeanor and thoroughness. The staff in this office is difficult to deal with. I continued to request that someone call me to discuss the insurance needs of our business but they continued to use emails instead which meant it took so much longer to get things done. Over three weeks to get a quote! Sadly they never understood the dynamics of what we needed for insurance because they didn’t call. Wasted three weeks of my time.
