Very easy to use interface, quick payment options to settle (big plus!) easy to set up a payment plan, and the fact that the debt is deleted after the “resolving payment” is a huge plus. Not that I want accounts in collections anymore lol but I wish they would all be this easy to deal with.

This Collection Company is TRASH I made serval phone calls about my receipt of payment. I never received an email then I requested a fax After making numerous calls Speaking to different reps. They don’t know policies just gave me Generate answer why is it so Hard to get an email Receipt of payment. You got the money you didn’t want 24’to 48 Hours to get paid.

They are trying to collect on a 20 year old debt. This isn't even able to be contested in court because of the age of the debt. Also I never had an account with MCI in the first place. Not only that but I filed bankruptcy in 2008 and if I owed it that would have been included. They hope you don't notice the age of the debt and just go ahead and send them money.

This review is in regards to the payment portal, which has been quite frustrating. I've tried to make a one time payment on one bill 3-4x and keep getting the same error about my payment not going through. Then I try to pay on a different account, using a different payment method, and same error. I don't understand why it is so difficult to pay the debt on an account that there is more than enough funds available to cover the total.

Thorough chat and very professional and patience. I was disconnected numerous time and was able to get back to the same original tech who had helped me. This company is pure TRASH!!! Not once have these people reached out or even attempted to contact me. All of a sudden I just found out that they tried to serve me at my old residence after looking up civil suits on the county clerk website! I’m still literally recovering from the pandemic and barely making it, now I have to deal with these people suing me out of no where! I thought these predatory companies were suppose to try to reach you by phone, mail, or email!

This company is easy to work with. It was a breeze setting up a payment plan. I do recommend to anyone that wants to settle there debt. Keep up the good good work?

They must not know the law. People my age who are on social security and don't own any property can't and won't pay any past debt. I don't even owe two of these accounts so I'm not paying someone else's account...By law debt collectors aren't allowed to touch my social security money. And I don't own any property. So quit waisting our time.. thanks 🙏

No harassment, simple solution, and a simple way to pay. My payments are able to be adjusted to match my pay days as well. On my way to being debt free.

LVNV funding, or "Resurgent Capital Services," is a junk debt buyer who pays (often) less than pennies on the dollar for your old debt and if they can't talk you into payments, they will sue you. Don't worry though, without a valid purchase agreement, they really can't do much other than make your day stressful.

Resurgent Capital has been very easy to work with. They are very concerned about making sure that working with them is made easy and convenient for the customer.

Said it was a loan so I applied then I found out it just wants to take money I don't have to put on a credit card debt I can't afford to pay over 12 hundred by the 18th of aug I only make 949 a month

Resurgent acquired my credit card balance due to past due payment. While that in itself can feel shameful, typical collections services tend to make you feel even worse about the situation. I never felt that way with Resurgent. Resurgent did not bombard me with phone calls and attempted to communicate my options primarily through email. This was a game changer. It made me feel like I wasn’t a total failure for defaulting on my credit card and the payment options were very reasonable! I elected to pay a small portion of my balance every two weeks, and I’m happy to say that I just made my last payment! On top of it, Resurgent never reported to any credit agencies so I don’t have any derogatory marks on my credit report. This has hands down been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a collections agency!

I had some financial hiccups over the years, and fell behind on my debt after my husband died. I wanted to work on getting my credit back on track and Resurgent allowed me to pay what I can afford. Over time I was able to up my payments and eventually pay off my debt, Resurgent was always respectful and able to work with me and I appreciate that.

I just paid off a debt, if it gets deleted like they claim I will come back and give it 5 stars. They make it very easy to do online and from my research they are a decent company for debt collection

Although I strongly contested that amount owing to Fingerhut, Resurgent was very patient with me, they have me set a payment plan to my affordability and they have given me a 2nd chance. Capital One gave me a 2nd chance too by giving me another card, although I am still owing them. Fingerhut - people stay away from them. They will kill you financially. Thanks very much to resurgent.

I had a debt that i needed to pay on to work on my credit while i am still young. my debt went to this agency and they work with you and was very fast and easy to make a payment online!

I loved shopping from here at first was a great online site to easily build ur credit.then out of no where they closed down the web site and my account and I couldn't make any more purchases.even worse when the account closed it caused my credit to unexpectedly drop 25 points after I tried really hard to build it up with on time payments.i only owed a little over 100$ at first and I reached out to you guys to try and figure out what was going on in the beginning and got no response .next thing I no my account was in collections and my credit dropped again after I had finally built it back up from the first drop .well I went ahead and paid it off even tho I felt they already caused enough damage.i just want it off my credit at this point .

This is a very glitchy website on mobile iOS. Safari specifically. It made paying a collection agency so much more frustrating. Like, if I wasn’t actively trying to fix my credit, I would have said “f;&( this.” And let it fester on my report.

This company worked with me to pay my debt. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. They send reminders ahead of time about your upcoming payment and a letter in the mail. This was very helpful because it kept me on track of my payments. Every monthly payment I made increased my credit score. I will recommend this company to anyone. I'm 5 payments away from paying my debt off and I couldn't be anymore happier. I gave a 4 star rating because I'm not done paying off the debt as yet. I will update after that. Update: This debt has been removed off my credit and increased my score.

I spent all 2021 fight two different cancers and got behind on everything. My creditor sold my accounts before I could get back on top of them. I received an email from Resurgent Capital and they offered several ways to get back on top of my credit. I didn't even have to talk to anyone. It was so nice not having to be judged on why I fell behind. I wish every service did this.

This was a surprise email and I am very happy to start paying off the debt that I owe to this company. The resolution amount was very doable and something that I never thought I could do. I want to thank resurgent For this opportunity I only wish they were the collectors of all of my debt.

This debt collector has been the easiest ever to work with. If I had a choice I would work with them on all.of my credit needs. One payment left and I'm done. Again easiest ever.

I received a call today (May 18th from a representative), I know I gave her a hard time, but someone asking for personal information is odd. The way things are today, you never know. Anyway, she let me know in December a payment was rejected. I was able to go online and change banking information.

These guys are a fraudulent company. They tell you that you owe LVNV then try to get you to pay this other scam company. Oh and there are No American numbers to call. They never disclose your PII is going to be in a foreign country. Don't even disclose that you are calling India until every person you call ends up having an INDIAN accent. You're being reported for fraud to the FTC for all of these 500+ companies that you claim are payment processors. This reeks of fraud!!!

The Resurgent Capital Services site was very simple and easy to use. It looked clean and professional and was clearly laid out to help me understand my payment options, etc.

I unfortunately fell on hard times and was unable to keep up with my payments on my credit card which abviously sent my account to collections luckily it was then picked up by resurgent capital services there site is easy to navigate they offer very affordable payment plans and are just more than willing to work with you to help you get ur debt paid off thank you resurgent

I don't trust this debt collection agency!! Because I got this email from them saying I owed $1000 $something because of a VERIZON WIRELESS ACCOUNT & I'M LIKE, I DON'T THINK SO!!! I'VE NEVER HAD A VERIZON ACCOUNT IN MY LIFE!!! 👿

Horrible place to work... Was not trained right from the start, and was penalized for my mistakes which ended up with them firing me. Two 15 min break and a hour lunch and if you have to use the bathroom outside of that time in a ten hour window you will be in trouble. Shared a garage with a huge hotel downtown Greenville and had to run across the st on traffic and fight for a park only to be told you're late and in trouble. Doctors notes aren't excused so don't get sick. There are ten hour shifts they make u shift bid for but you don't find out until after youre hired. Upper management consist of young women who gossip about employees. The only positive I got from working here is the money was decent. Horrible place to work and my resume is awesome

Sooo i haven't really been the best with money like ever to be completely honest but this year i want a change i want to pay off my debts and anything else i know i have so i really appreciate you all at resurgent who have been persistant to reach out and get my situation taken care of and although i may not know you [even with this small debt that im taking care of] i appreciate you. I have had a very hard time since Covid, Resurgent has been very helpful and kind during this hard time. If they ever reach out to you, take them up on the help they offer.

Honestly, as creditors go, this is the easiest place to work with. You can even settle your debt with them without having to call anyone.
