This bank will always charge 30$ for overdraft fees. If you turn off overdraft, they will STILL charge you but not let the transaction go through. They 1st told me I could undo overdraft charges 4 times per quarter, and then I was told 3x per quarter, and now was just told 3x per year. I don't approve of these money hungry tactics.

This financial institute bank put a limit on the amount of money that you can spend per day. They only allow you to spend $15 00 A-day if you want to spend more you have to call them and ask mommy and daddy to raised your lim mind for 24 hours betwee 8am and 5 pm. They treat you as if you are a teenager that needs a bigger allowance. Daddy can you gave me some more money please. No wait tell tomorrow. If they are going limit your founds at least have away to raise the limits after hrs.

Have been a member for many many years. Customer service is certainly not what is once was. Today 2/13/21 we took a large check for deposit via Live Teller which is claimed to be available 9-1 on Saturday's. Drove 30 minutes to get to this branch at 9:38AM. (LIVE TELLER CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE) is what we were met with. I believe this experience will be my last with ACU. Time to at least try a different bank.

I don't think it even deserves a star. I went to open an account. This was not a friendly group. I filled out a very long extensive application. Then I sat a long time with no one saying or explaining anything to me. They did a full background check while I sat there. I had to answer questions that made no sense. I had to identify who lived at my residence. I had to identify counties I never heard of and people I've never known. I only wanted a account. I was told I needed a birth certificate. I'll pass. It felt more like they really didn't want me there. Feeling is mutual.

This location is great, never busy and fast. Staff here is great. Online banking is good. Loan process is a little annoying. Have a 700 credit score and make good money. I own my own business and no debt. The loan officer was avoiding me as if I was a huge credit risk. After a week of going back and forth I gave up. I went to state Farm had the auto loan in 45 min.

My husband and I opened a shared account months ago thinking it would be beneficial to have a credit union. This bank is HORRIBLE! We have to call in weekly to unlock my husband’s card. The representatives that answer say they cannot help that we have to wait for normal business hours to call in. When we get upset and not so nice, they then change the story to there is no lock on our account. They put a maximum daily spending limit on our account. They can’t give us a reason as to why our cards consistently get locked. We also only are allowed ONE online account. Meaning that when my husband created it, I can’t login without a secure code from his phone, even though it is a SHARED account.

Very difficult to deal with. After calling and setting up a car loan, I went to the Carrollton branch with what I was told I needed. That didn't go as planned. What should have been a short and simple process turned into a 1.5 hour fiasco. Website is substandard to put it nicely. This bank seems to be about 25 years behind my primary bank. Drive thru is no longer open when I go by but I am welcome to deal with an ATM instead of a person apparently. Paid off loan I spoke of this week but even though the funds from my primary bank have been transferred to acu I still have to wait 10 days to have the title released. I cannot wait to close my accounts and be finished with this absolute joke. I absolutely do not recommend this bank to anyone.

Frustrating customer service. They tell you one thing and then 'sorry we can't do that' another day. I just need clear communication.

This particular branch is a co op of my regular bank,I have been coming here for about 2.5 years now after a move. I have always been greeted upon entering everyone has always been very friendly and helpful never had any issues with this bank other than they are not open on Saturday.

Had my card info stolen. Had to put a stop on the card and of course it’s friday and they are not open on a Saturday , how convenient. Thanks for nothing. I will have to travel over an hour away just to get a new instant card or wait 7 to 10 business days for a card from the main office.this is the second time this has happened to me. Why can’t you open on Saturday?????? This is in acceptable. Not happy with this at all
