Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Maple St, Carrollton

Always closed. For a long time now, the doors are ALWAYS locked. Some of us need more banking services than an ATM can provide. This place used to have some great staff — no more.

Tried to get money out of the 3 ATMs at this location. 2 of the ATMs had no funds and the 3rd one was locked inside the building. This is horrible service. Feel like canceling my account here. Wad told by phone call this place was operational.

I've been very happy with Bank of America for many years now. My only disappointment is now that I live in Alabama, there aren't any Bank of America branches in Alabama. So I have to drive into Georgia if I need any paper copies of my account info.

I called in at 2:00 pm on 9/10/18 to this branch asking for the operator to please help me locate a branch near me. She rudely told me, "I can give you the address to OUR location."-accentuating the "our") Umm...I didn't ask for directions to your branch. Then, after hearing I didn't live in Carrollton told me she could not help me that I would have to go online to find that information. I was not able to look online at that time which is EXACTLY why I was asking for her help. It would've taken her 2-3 minutes to help me. :/ Poor, poor customer service. Buckhead branch is MUCH nicer.

The employees are rude and if I bring in a check that is made out to me is from Bank of America I shouldn't be charged 8 dollars,that outrageous. This has got to be the worst bank ever.

Have gone to this location repeatedly and at different times. There is NEVER anyone at this location and never and help. I honestly thought this location was still closed since covid hit... Seeing as how the pipes are still not connected to the building and you can only use the atms at this location. So I get a response saying they might be closed for covid ? Why the heck does your google search say they are open ?

It's hard to believe this is the closest branch around for a good distance and they have no one to help a current customer set up a new account for their teenage child. All they have is teller service. This is ridiculously horrible customer service. I'm really considering switching banks. There's too many of what's suppose to be my bank that I can't access.

Was told I’d get a promotional deal for their Cash Rewards credit card ($0 Annual Fee, 15 months 0% APR) since I was a student trying to start building my credit. I was lied to, was charged the annual fee and charged 20.24% APR anyway. Now I’m stuck with paying off a credit card balance with terms I was lied to about while I’m struggling financially due to COVID. The guy took full advantage of my credit card inexperience and threw the “15 month” promotion in my face to make a sale. Now my credit is declining. I called the BofA credit card customer service line and was told they’d put an investigation in order and that I’d be emailed about the details. Haven’t received any update or notice. Going to pay off the card, close my two accounts and leave to USAA. Terrible experience.

Why would a bank continue to to back a loan for a city council that has apparently played shell games with tax payers money? Based on open records requests for Temple there seems to be numerous problems. Can this be explained please?

What a waste of time. Says on google "closes at 4pm." I was there at 3:05 pm not one person in that place. Waste of my time and gas.
