Associated Bank County Rd, Burnsville

Been to this branch three times. Average wait time 20 minutes. This last time I was there, 5 bankers stared at ne. Finally someone said how can I help you. All i needed was a new card. Was told the only person that could help was not available. Was told it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was finally helped. Took him another 15 minutes to get me a new debit card. Thank God for the Eagan and St. Louis Park branches or I would be out of there. What is the reason for having 5 bankers if no one can help you. What a Joke!!!

This place is a let down. Not only is the banking service sub-par and next to useless, but they refuse to do anything to your account unless the branch manager is present. My condolences to the passing of their branch manager, but good GOD. I went to the branch over in Savage and the banker at the front took care of EVERYTHING in 5 MINUTES. No branch manager, nothing. But I digress. AB has WAY too many fees, and they just love to charge more and more to make you pay extra for every little thing. Garbage bank, my last month with them.

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't let me cash a cashiers check I purchased in May to pay a bill my name as the remitter. Turns out that had already been taken care of. Now looks like I'm just out that money. nice how they just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. Hope they have fun keeping my money.

This bank has a TON of fees associated with it. Truly "Associated Fees" instead of Associated Bank. I'm only still here because I've had an account with them since I was a child and don't know of a different bank yet that's better. Trust me I'm looking. For my savings account if I don't put money in it or take money out each month so there's activity NO WORRIES they take it out for me as a fee and keep it themselves. BUT I can't close that account ... Because that's a fee. My checking they have an overdraft fee of $35 that's fine. But then they also have a daily overdraft fee of $7 for each day that you don't have your account positive again. AND if your check is automatic deposit and they have it "I confirmed with payroll" and it's just processing, they will hold it for 24 hours just to charge you another $7. Not to mention it is my account that I opened but when fraud was committed they couldn't speak to me, they demanded to speak to my husband. I'm still livid and debating what to do about that as I have all of that on file. 😡

My mom recently came into this bank to pay off the rest of my mortgage. A few days later, I receive a hand written card letting me know that my mortgage had been paid off and thanking me for my business. In an era where everything is electronic and every customer is a number. This gesture really stood out.

Garbage service, especially at this location. 0/10 avoid this branch at all costs.
