I needed a debit card reprinted. I just got off of work after a loong day. They forced me to watch a pointless video that was a commercial for overdraft charges. I had to replace my debit card in the past and was NEVER required to waste 4 minutes of my life on this. The teller insisted that it was a requirement. After spending 4 minutes watching a pointless commercial they couldn't even figure out how to print my card. I got here a little after 2 and it's now almost 3 (2:55 to be exact). Worst experience I ever had at an Associated Bank.
