What a stand up company! The People they have working for them. I started off working with Stu and getting pre qualified for a construction loan. He introduced me to Sarah Kostialto to do a Heloc loan on my exsisting home as my money down for the construction loan. Well the builder had price increases of over 100,000 so I was not going forward. I ended up working with Sarah on still doing a Heloc and just doing some remodeling and up grades on my house. SARAH is amazing worked around my schedule made things easy and came to my work to close... In a day and time where customer service just seems to be out the door or a thing of the past. Assoiated Bank has two out standing people who give some hope that great customer service and honesty still does exsist... Thank you Sarah, Stu and Assoiated bank!!! I might not have gotten my new home I wanted . But I will now have my dream home I wanted in my exsiting house after the re model!!!!

They approved us for a HELOC and strung us along for four weeks. 3 days prior to closing they denied our application and would not provide any additional information as to why. It looks like during the underwriting process they realized we were a gay married couple and denied is because of that. Income, appraisal and credit far exceeded their standards. The one contact I worked with directly at the bank was great, the organization as a whole however is a mess and should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourself the time and trouble and use a reputable financial institution rather than this fly by night train wreck!

Questionable business practices. When I turned 16 my aunt and I set up an account at this bank since I needed somewhere to put my money from my first job. After a year and a half I moved to Illinois. Since I had opened a debit card account, I thought that I could simply spend the money in the account and the account would be closed after a couple of months. After only a couple months after I had spent the remaining amount in my account I received a bill for 200 dollars. Since I had just moved out and was living paycheck to paycheck this was massively inconvenient, and I had to rush to pay it off so I didn't start my credit on a bad note. I still cannot understand why I received a bill for 200 dollars on a debit card account.

I do business with 5 different banks currently, and Associated Bank has continued to provide the highest level of customer service while still offering the big bank eFeatures.

This is literally the worst bank on the planet. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. INCOMPETENT ONLINE EXPERIENCE I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible. I would encourage all people to go anywhere but here!!!

Our bank was acquired by Associated Bank, and we continued banking at our same branch in St. Louis Park. The change was so smooth I don’t even remember when it occurred, so anyone looking to leave Huntington Bank after the TCF acquisition might want to look here. My impression is that Associated Bank has more Midwestern values with a focus on personal service and more conservative banking policies. The St Louis Park branch is located right near Costco which makes it nice when I combine shopping with drive up services.

This bank does not treat there customers the same way everytime. They will give special treatment to certain people and not others because of the repor that you have with the individual workers. I got an account here a few months ago because of a promo offering 150 if I set up direct deposit and do 3 online bill pays if I did just 1 of those two I was told I'd get 75, I never received 75 for my direct deposit being set up, the bank became inconvenient for my fiance and I to get to and we were using a bank closer to where we lived. I went in and had a negative balance on my account and they reversed it for me because it was a fee they added to my account that was never discussed with us and then I closed my account. My fiance went in to do the exact same thing but because they don't know her as well as me they refused to do it for her and the Banker she spoke with was very abrupt and rude, no saying sorry not a solution to help fix the issue. My fiance paid they remaining due for the fee that was never mentioned to us and closed the account the Banker didn't even say bye or have a nice day, the Banker was a woman but the name we don't remember, if you do choose to use this bank at least do yourself a favor and ask for Chris, I would give the businesses a -5 star but Chris is a Banker there and I give him a 5 star all day every day.

I go there any time I have a banking concern. Great tellers and attentive bankers. The bankers will help me on financial issues not directly related. I do all my banking at one office, have for years.

Worst Associated location to deal with. RUDE staff..had a bad experience via drive thru.

Scott E. was a wonderful operator and seems like a nice young man. He sent me to the correct spot in the bank when asked!
