Ashlynn is 100% the girl to go to. She's dedicated, hard working, and an advocate for all of her clients. Any time I have a question about the process, I ask her (I trust her to the point that I think I've asked her more about this experience than I've asked my actual realtor). She's always there for me and she has made me feel valued and informed every step of the way. I honestly don't think she sleeps, she's always doing something to make sure her clients get the absolute best. 10/10, I recommend her over anyone else you could work with.

Ashlynn is amazing! She made the experience of buying a home so easy and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always available for every question I had and responded immediately. She is really cares about all her clients and it shows. Buying a house and applying for a loan can be stressful but Ashlynn made the process so easy. Her organization and responsiveness made it impossible not to enjoy the process and her her can do attitude never gave me any doubts that she was the right person for the job. Everyone hears stories about applying for loans but I never had that experience with Ashlynn, her professionalism and charisma made the most stressful thing a person can do and turned it into a simple process. She always gave me plenty of warning for all the documents I needed to get signed. Understood my work schedule and would schedule calls and documents to be signed after work hours. She was always available when it suited my schedule. I am so happy in my new home and that is thanks to Ashlynn's efforts behind the scenes. I couldn't go into how appreciative I am to her in a simple post but she is is a huge reason I was able to do this and I'm so grateful we got to work together. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Communication: five stars availability: five stars timeliness: five stars demeanor: five stars Really had a wonderful experience with Ashlynn. Just to make the review easier to read, I broke it down into the four categories listed above. Communication: Ashlynn made it a point to let me know where we were in the process, where we were going and what she needed from me to get us there. She was great at letting me what they had, what we could substitute, and what we needed. I never felt like I was up against a deadline because i usually had so much notice about things she needed. keep in mind, we had 18 days from offer to closing so me not feeling like I was up against a deadline was purely her ability to remain calm and effectively let me know what they needed and when. Availability: There’s always questions when you’re buying a house. Sometimes it was me not understanding a word or a clause. Sometimes it was me asking her to predict the future a little bit. I think thematically it comes down to terror that you’re about to make a big financial mistake and trying to mitigate whatever risk I could. Whenever I sent her questions she responded in less than 24 hours. Timeliness: I was pre-approved for my loan with in 5 days of starting the process with her. Again, part of this is because she’s incredibly organized and communicative in letting me know what she needed. She sets you up to get the information you need as promptly as possible. My closing date was 18 days from my offer. She was able to get everything done and underwritten in a way I didn’t freak out. Demeanor: Super calm, friendly, and professional. this was my first home. and I was spending a huge amount of money and making a huge commitment. I’m a naturally cautious person. I’m not sure i would have gotten through all of this without her. because she was acting like everything was normal I assumed everything was normal and was totally doable not even realizing she was jumping through hoops to make sure we could get everything done with some tight turn around times. really cannot give enough examples about how incredibly helpful she was and how grateful I am to her. At every step she never offered problems, only solutions.

If I could give more stars I would..... what a hard worker who goes above and beyond to help her clients!!!
