I have performed several signings for ASAP Pro Notary and each time is a pleasure. They are one of the only vendors where a representative calls me personally and verifies my availability along with date and times to assure that the signing is conducted smoothly and there are no issues. The personal touch is appreciated, as I have found some of the vendors that do not perform this step are not always thorough with instructions which can cause errors to be made and leave much room for questions.

As a Closing Notary, I found everything to be straightforward and "right the first time". The package was sent immediately upon acceptance of the assignment, and was quite concise and clear. The signers had been informed of what to expect, so they were ready to go. There were people at ASAPPRO standing by at all times, responding to my check-ins immediately.
