Great experience closing on our new house here. We were the buyers so the signing took about 40 minutes. There is a nice lobby with sodas, water, coffee, and snacks. We didn’t have to wait long to get into our room to begin signing paperwork. Very nice and professional. Their restrooms were large and clean
