My bank. I love this branch bank. The staff is top drawer. Always willing and able to assist whether at the drive up window, the safe deposit boxes or inside cashiers. Also, Jessilyn is a wealth of information and displays excellent customer service. I am so happy to have this branch just a few blocks from my house in Centerton.

    Response from the owner

Hi Sue, this is so great to hear! Thank you for this wonderful review!

Do not let them manage your money... they will ensure to put it all into investments while allowing you to buy nothing with your own money. This company has zero interest in actually helping the customers.. instead they would rather allow your money to continue to devalue all the while not allowing you to use your own money.. funny my own investments have over 40% more return than the money invested by Arvest.. Oh but I must come ask to use any of my own money.. meanwhile my investment manager continues to invest in his “Inner Circle Funds”.. It makes me sick each day knowing my money is being managed by these apathetic people... They need a 0 star rating for this company.

    Response from the owner

We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way, Christopher. We'd like the opportunity to connect you to a member of local management to listen and learn more. Will you please send your name and contact phone number to [email protected]?

Great service, but one downside. I have yet to receive my debit card. 7-14 business days!?!?!?! Why!?!?!?! Now I have to go to the bank everyday to get money out, and half the time I’m to busy too. So now it’s Sunday and they are closed. I forgot to get money out so now I have no way of getting money out for groceries. In my opinion the card should be printed when you open your account, or they need to give out atm cards or a temporary card. This is dumb and infuriating. What if I had an emergency? Now I have no access to my funds!!!!!

    Response from the owner

Hi Jedidiah, we’re so sorry to hear about this experience, and understand that not having a debit card is very inconvenient. We have a branch in Bentonville (405 N Walton Blvd Bentonville, AR 72712) that has the capability of printing an instant issue debit card for you today. Please email your contact information to [email protected] and we can let the branch know when you will be coming by to pick up your debit card. We hope that this solution will help ease the stress of you not being able to access your funds this weekend. Thank you for your review!

Once the staff knows you they are very friendly and helpful. Banking app stinks. Online banking does not always show all of the pending charges and deposits by ATM can be challenging.

    Response from the owner

Lynda Altman, thank you for your review. Please email [email protected] and tell us more about your experiences – we’d like to hear more!

I'd had far better experiences at other Arvest branches. They showed poor discretion about my personal financial information. I would suggest using another branch if possible.

    Response from the owner

Lewis Hall We’re sorry to hear about your experience. At Arvest, we do take our customers' personal information and privacy very seriously. We’d like to find out more specifics about what happened with you. Please email [email protected] with your phone number or call us at (866) 952-9523 so we can have local management follow up.

Had no problems till today. I went to cash my paycheck and was told they couldn't cash my check cause I have an out of state license. That is crap it is a legal valid form or ID. You have to take it. This is BS now all my bills will be late cause I can't pay my bills till my check goes through. If you are going to make me deposit my check than don't put a stupid hold on it give me all my money.

    Response from the owner

UPDATE 08/02/2019: Hi Ashley, we wanted to let you know that we now accept state-issued types of ID (Driver’s License, State Issued ID, etc.) from all 50 states. You will still need to provide at least one Primary form of ID, and one Secondary form of ID. If you have any questions regarding this change, please give us a call at (866) 952-9523. ORGINIAL REPLY 07/19/19: Hi Ashley, we apologize for this inconvenience and completely understand your frustration. While it’s true that a valid Driver’s License from any state in the U.S. is a legal ID, we are putting forth an extra effort to verify the identity of all non-customers cashing Arvest checks, and now only accept state-issued IDs from states where our branches are located, and the states that border them. If you have a Passport or a Military ID, we could accept one of those. As for the availability of your funds, most checks are available the next business day. However, if funds will be delayed, we will call you to let you know. We are happy to answer any other questions you may have regarding the IDs we will accept, or the availability of your funds please visit your local branch or call us at (866) 952-9523.

Look i hate bad feedback but the service here sucked today... it took 25 minutes in the drive threw to cash a 70 dollar check.people came and went and Nobody came to the window to explain what was taking so long. Granted we had our info stolen from our vehicle and had to put a security code on our account to stop anybody from cashing checks on our account. So naturaly i thought that was the issue.... nope didnt even ask me for a code at all. So the one thing i setup to protect us was not used.... just crappy service

    Response from the owner

Wesley Dean We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’d like to discuss it with you and learn more about what happened. Please email [email protected] with your phone number or call us at (866) 952-9523 so we can have local management follow up.

Literally the WORST bank that I've ever had. I overdrafted my account a $1 and the fee was over $100. And that was every single time it went under because they doubled the fee. Never returning to arvest again.

    Response from the owner

Hi Vanessa, we’re sorry to hear this and understand your frustration. We would like the opportunity to continue earning your business and understand more about your experience. Would you please send us your name and contact phone number to [email protected]? We’d like to connect.

This is where I set-up my first bank account when I was a kid. Loved Miss Pearl Wharton. She's probably not there anymore but she was a gem of a lady!

    Response from the owner

Missy Mae Walters, this is wonderful to hear about! We’re so glad you have had good experiences with Arvest. Thank you for your review!
