The crew always helps me find solutions to my insurance needs. My small business doesn’t fit the regular boxes and they work hard to help me find appropriate coverages. They are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Harlie even met me out on location to get some papers signed so I could meet a deadline. They go above and beyond.

So here’s my story: I walked into their office one morning, unannounced, and was greeted by Harlie. She was informative and very helpful, and took down my info. Shortly thereafter, she gave me a call with quotes for insurance. All I will say is this - the plan she came up with was so good that I immediately switched from my old insurance company, which I had been loyal to for 21 years, to State Farm. But the story doesn’t end here. Harlie got me such a good deal on my homeowners insurance for my new home that I also couldn’t refuse. She then continued to follow up with us regularly, checking to make sure we had everything we needed, insurance-wise, to close on our home. Never in my life has insurance been so easy. Sammy is awesome. He was available and knowledgeable. When I called many times over a 6 week period during our Centerton relocation, I always had the answers and recommendations I needed. When the Bank needed documents, I never worried as Sammy took care of it and he actually reminded me of aspects I forgot or didn't know I needed to do! I was very pleased to know he was able to provide coverage for another property in Missouri even though he is in Arkansas. It's like I hit the easy button to move all my vehicle, home, personal, etc policies to one place. Sammy, thanks for making a stressful time much easier.
