Don’t get a mortgage with Grand Savings! I went with them because I got a good rate but their services are so antiquated. They don’t have an app where I can manage my mortgage and anytime I go into the bank, it’s always like they don’t know what to do. For a simple signature on a check they have to look up my account broker, call other people in their system…I waited 20 minutes for a signature on an insurance claim check and now still have to come back because my account manager was not available. It seems very old fashioned. It’s a shame because I wanted to give a home town bank a try. Please, Grand Savings, update your services to modern practices.

Probably should state clearly there is NO drive thru and this is NOT a convenient location to make a quick deposit. This is not the branch to use when time is important and you have a toddler in tow. I wish Id have known that before making the drive thinking it was closer to my house....

Wonderful customer service and personalized help for my family and small business. The team has always been amazing both in person and on the phone. Highly recommend them especially for auto and business. As soon as there's another branch near Downtown I'll add another star!

These are great people. Tommy Coughlin goes above and beyond. The staff are very friendly and even allow my pup to come inside when I visit the branch location. It feels like a small town bank. They provide hometown service to the customers.

If you are looking for a bank with a personal touch, here it is. Always greeted warmly and treated like part of the family.

The lower ranking people are great, friendly all that. But upper level—forget it. They don’t return calls, could care less about solving issues and duck and run when it looks like they might actually have to lift a finger that doesn’t benefit them.

My wife and I have multiple accounts and our business with Grand Savings. Phenomenal staff. Phenomenal service. We use branches all over NWA and every single one is fantastic every single time.

They have different policy when you speak on phone vs when you go to branch. I have gone to this branch driving long distance just by word. Waste of time. They don’t keep their word. I guess since it is not a major bank - the policy change overnight. Imagine flipping script on major decisions. I would be very cautious. The reason for review is they don’t care about it.
