    I just moved here from Houston and needed a bank account! I went to a few different banks however Miss Elisha the Relationship Banker here is the reason why I chose Arvest and because they just seemed more credible and organized!! Highly recommend!

    I went in today and set up a back account. Mrs. Pam was amazing and a very sweet lady. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less!!! Would definitely recommend this back to anyone or of town who is moving into the area.

    Charged a fee for me to cash a personal check from an active account holder. Also required TWO forms of ID for me to do so and they would not accept a government-issued concealed weapon license. When asked why, the teller would not answer the question but only reply that it wasn’t accepted at Arvest Bank. Really glad I’m not an account holder and never will be.

    Terrible experience!!!! I came in on Thursday 3/15 to cash my check, and did not receive my ID back upon cashing my check. I didn’t realize until ofcourse, after I get pulled over and asked for my license and registration! So I now have a ticket for not having a drivers license in hand. The day is now Monday 3/19 and I’ve never received a call or anything to retrieve my ID. 4 days later I’m now stuck with a ticket because someone failed to simply hand an ID back and/or reach out in a timely manner! Instead I had to call customer services and sit on hold for 30 mins before getting in contact with someone to tell me someone failed to give me my ID and it’s been sitting here for four days..Now I have to literally pay for someone else’s mistake!

    My fiancé canceled our account for numerous reasons about a month ago. We were told as long as there’s no money in there an no pending transactions we were good to go. Then we get a letter in the mail it’s negative $157. WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS “CLOSED” spoke to managers an all they could do is say it’s out of their hands an take $60 off. WOW arvest is the worst bank definitely. An we will not be paying the negative balance it will be disputed by experian. Looking bad on you guys not us. That’s how you treat your members? NO THANKS

    Do not bank here. Absolutely no contact from this bank after my banker retired. I moved all money from the bank in January. Since I never heard from them, figured they didn't need to hear from me and would close the last account. But they keep sending statements with service charges and won't close that account until I pay.

    Been coming to this branch almost every day for a couple years. Every teller is super friendly and helpful. The management team is always available for assistance, especially Erica, who is always delightful & courteous!!! I even helped save her from a deadly spider one day! 😎

    What is the purpose of having the option to make a deposit at the ATM if it NEVER works?? Seriously. By far the worst bank ATM.
