Arsenal Credit Union Watson Rd, St. Louis

I was scammed by a company, that used my debit card unauthorized. Arsenal Credit Union took the scammers side and took back the credit they gave me for unauthorized use. My federal assistance money $606.00 for unemployment and school financial aid was taken by this bank. They also stopped my ATM card so that I could not retrieve my unemployment cash. I was their customer since 1995. Better late then never They cannot be trusted. Shady bank. When I ask to speak to higher authorities they told they were not in.

Staff refuses to help me get in to the online payments and continues to charge me the 5 dollar fee to pay over the phone. How am I supposed to get into a website that wont email me my password? Why should I keep paying a fee for something that isn't my fault and no one will help me fix the problem? So rude!

wanted to pay my loan over the phone because i did not want to visit the branch because i did not feel good.. I was trying to keep other people safe so they charged me a $5.00 fee.. good job keeping your employees safe

So I'm a very small business owner and I deposited a 1500+ check on Sunday and there is a 6 day hold for part of the money. This hold is on every check for 90 days, even the $300 check I deposited today. This was not explained to me during the opening of the account even though Leslie said she stated it. Maybe I didn't hear here with her mask plus the plastic barrier in between but it should have been emphasized. So now in 7 days I'll be closing my business and my personal checking account. As the first reviewer stated bank at your own risk!!!

Got treated terribly first I though it was a Joke only to find out I was profiled. They vilified me to the upmost. Simply because I left my I D. All I want was to pay my bill.

I loved this branch! It was my favortie. Unfortunately it looks like they made a few changes recently... due to the changes and my experience the last two days here i will be closing my account with arsenal. I do not any longer recommend them. Bank at your own risk here.

I've banked at Arsenal for many years and cannot continue. While once diligent, reliable, and helpful, they are now no different than a bank. In the past six months, they have mis-processed two separate transactions on my checking account costing me approximately 10 hours worth of time... I'm still waiting for my reimbursement since I'm never getting those hours back. A loan application was completely botched in their system, by their representative who was "helping". It's still never been fixed. I easily found a loan elsewhere rather than waste more time. Their customer service and client care has hit rock bottom. Save yourself the energy, find someone else to aggravate you.

I've been with Arsenal CU since I was 16yo. I got my first car loan from here, my first credit card, and learned how to be a responsible adult. Credit unions are the best! The people here care, and that makes all the difference in the world between big banks and credit unions. They offer the best and members have an opportunity to serve on the board. It really is an important part of our community.

Most intentionally consumer unfriendly place ever been to. It's a bank that for some reason hates people and makes it hard for people to give them money, not taking MasterCard, unfriendly staff, programs that no one qualifies for, etc.
