    Jay was able to help me over the phone, after calling the call center and being told I’d have to wait at least one business day to unblock my debit card. Jay helped me immediately. I appreciate the help I’ve always enjoyed banking at this location.

    The people inside our awesome. Their ability to process payments and direct deposit is so slow it's unreal. Some things clear instantly and other things take days. Paychecks don't post at midnight like most places they post at like 9 or 10 in the morning. Which causes you to bounce payments from places that pull their payment earlier in the morning. Super annoying and we are going to switch.

    About 6 months ago I got fed up with BoA and decided to pop in and see about opening an account, and I am so happy I did. Everyone I have interacted with has been very pleasant.

    Free notary. Free change counter. Plenty of open appointment timeslots. Simple. Straightforward. So many financial institutions are "too clever by half" creating confusion through their marketing, then offering to resolve everything-for a fee. It's tiresome. This credit union is the antithesis of that. I'm grateful.
