I don't bank here all I wanted was to change 5 20s for 100 bill and the reseptionist would not help me me I mean there a bank she tells me go to the dollar tree maybe they'll help me? Honestly very rude it's a bank she said sense I don't have a debit card with them they won't help me wow. Thank God for reviews so I can let others know .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This happens to be the last time I am banking with Arrowhead Credit Union. Earlier today I headed to cash 2 checks which happen to be above the average deposit amounts I deposit. It took the teller 14 minutes and multuple times fumbling a $10,000 dollar check to deposit the checks without my authorization and plase a 14 day hold on both!. Unacceptable. I can't believe that it is easier to sell a bitcoin than to simply cash a check at a bank where my money simply seats free with no interest.

Close the house so that's a bonus and the guy who helped me today was nice

Been banking with Arrowhead over 5 years. They Closed the branch nearest to me off Citrus and Foothill turning my 10-15 min drive to drive 25 minute to reach the location in a ghetto part of Rialto or drive 35 min to Rancho or North Fontana. I work from 8am to 5pm like MOST people and I have made 4 attempts leaving early from work trying to deposit a check that the ATM will not accept requesting I deposit it in person. Every time barely missing your closing time of 5pm. Are these hours to serve people who don't work or work graveyard? Seriously, 9am to 5pm Arrowhead? Stop being cheap and pay your workers for a few extra hours and properly serve the people who give you their money and business. This isn't 1995, fix your hours. I left work an hour early today and sat through an hour of traffic today trying to get to your branch and missed your closing time by 4 minutes. The place was a ghost town. I left Wells Fargo and Chase because I didn't like the business practices and the constant scandals but at least they have decent hours. if the only time I can be assisted by a human is a time window of a few hours on Saturday maybe it's time to move on to a bank with respectable business hours. Not to mention I now have to drive twice as far to bank in a halfway decent and moderately safe area. Edit, This is in response to Arrowhead Credit Unions reply to my review. So I suggest Arrowhead have better banking hours and Arrowhead's response is to find a another credit union that has better hours and use that. Really? You guys aren't even trying....

Love this branch! The most friendly security guard ever, she helped me with my container of change and even poured it out for me because I’m pregnant and it was heavier than I thought it would be. She was so kind and patient and I appreciate her more than she will ever know

I went to Arrowhead Credit Union today To cash my daughter's check to go school shopping. I have been banking with them for a few years now my daughter is a minor so I cash it for her they have cashed it the past 3 years and now they can't that's bs I don't understand what's the big deal needless to say I'll be changing banks going to chase where they will cash it with no problems

What a joke! they put cash deposit on hold!
