We got a nice first generation Toyota Tacoma here and overall the experience couldnt have been easier. They made everything simple for us, The guys were fun and trustworthy. The lobby was homey and better than any big dealership I've been to. My husband and I are glad we got out truck through them, thanks you guys!

Frist Reaction: Beyond happy! My 1999 Dodge Dakota was starting to finally become tired and I decided to run up and down 99 looking for a better car. Hitting several car lots to see what all they had, and then come back for a test drive when I felt I liked a specific car. Giving equal treatment to all of the dealerships. I am very glad I stopped here. Was nicely greeted in the parking lot and talked over a Dodge Nitro a little before he mentioned about the Porsche Cayenne sitting next to it. It was actually in my budget, very clean, and seemed to fit my style a bit better. I didn't initially take the car out for a test drive as I was telling him that before I did any of that, I was going to compile a list of the cars from all the dealerships locally that had cars within my budget. The only time I felt any level of pressure at all is when he was telling me that if I had test drove this car, I wouldn't want anything else. Little did I know how right he was. Very well cared for and maintained vehicle. Dealing with their literally no-pressure sales was a breath of fresh air. Seeing the carfax is a huge bonus. So many lots in this area don't offer it. Purchase of the vehicle was super fast too. It didn't feel very long to fill out the paperwork and have the keys. I wouldn't hesitate to check them out. Great people.

Had a fantastic experience buying a vehicle! Husam helped me from start to finish and really took care of me. Bought a 2016 Ford Edge that I absolutely love and have had 0 problems with. I’m a young woman and I went and worked out the purchase alone. I was not taken advantage at all and I felt beyond taken care of. Husam was so friendly and knowledgeable too! My dad was the one signing for the loan & we were able to get everything situated beforehand and all my dad had to do was literally come in sign the papers Husam and I had already agreed apon and leave! So easy and quick! My family will be purchasing our vehicles from here in the future and I’ve been telling everyone who will listen about Husam and Armadillo auto sales. Bill and Luis in there are so friendly and helpful as well! I took the car for a pre purchase check at a garage and they said the whole car was perfect and running great, they said they NEVER see cars with this many miles (190k) in such good condition. Fair price for the car I bought from them and they gave me a fair trade in price too. Overall the best experience of purchasing a car. Bought a truck July 2021, told me I had 3 year warranty, that I wouldn't have anything to worry about for 3 years. Before I even picked up the plates, I had a weird hiccup while driving, told em about it and they said just let me know if it happens again and they would help out. Now the hiccup happens more and more, warranty company said they don't cover the injectors ($6500, almost half the price of the truck). And no response from them.

Luis was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. A great group of people Edit, I made this post the same day that I purchased the vehicle. Since then the car has presented itself with major issues that are considered to be a serious safety issue on the road. They told me if I had any problems just bring it by and they're mechanic would check the vehicle. They also told me that they would change my oil. When I took my vehicle in to get an oil change they told me to go to grease monkey. I called to tell them about the issues I was having they're response was to go to the auto repair shop across the street. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted them but my trust was betrayed. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

This review is way overdue but I really enjoyed my experience here! Husam was amazingly helpful, I drove away with a Subaru Outback! I absolutely love my car. I am so so happy with it still!

Husuam was an amazing sales associate and made the process very easy! Update: As mentioned before Husuam was very easy to work with and friendly. However, not soon after getting on the road with this car and heading home (13hr drive) did this car suddenly start having issues. The first was the 2nd key fob made the car’s dashboard light up like a Christmas tree. The key in question wouldn’t lock or unlock the car, but it would start. Then came the weird Service Engine Soon light during the drive home. Upon diagnosis it was determined someone lied about changing the oil, but reset the cars computer indicating they had. When the oil was drained it was literally black and let off a repugnant odor not inline with a regular oil change for this car. Since Armadillo Auto purchased this vehicle within two weeks from auction of the time the original owner sold it, I’m not sure who did it. Regardless, it was definitely a malicious move. This led to an expensive repair of buying new VANOS solenoids. Later upon a more in-depth review of the engine bay someone did not replace a pair of coolant bolts so there was a hose just dancing around when the car was in motion. Again, I’m not sure if the previous owner did this, a shop they had the vehicle serviced at or if it was Armadillo. Moral of the story get a pre-purchase inspection done! Trust nobody!

The worst place you can ever go to. Don’t ever try to go shop there. They are liars. They told me the car doesn’t have any accident and I trusted them. After I bought it I found out it has an accident and when I confronted them they it was your fault not to check it. Plus the car had issues and we had agreement to get it fixed and they told me no we can not fix it for you after I already bought it. They are not honest. I recommend not to go there. Thieves

I came in today with my dad to buy a car for my little sister and it was great. He was very understanding of what we needed and offered great customer service. They let us test drive and look at the car ourselves. Not pushy at all. Very honest people with very reasonable prices. This was our first dealer experience and we highly recommend this place! Smaller inventory of high quality cars. Tyler was the one to sell us our Vibe and he was very kind.

I just bought my new car here today and this has been by far the easiest car purchase ever! I believe the owner- Todd worked so hard on making it affordable for our family to purchase this car! Others may have had a very positive experience here but these people take advantage of some when they see fit. This would make them dishonest because every customer should be treated fairly. Personally, I don’t trust easily so I would definitely not trust anyone trying to sell me anything. Anyways, I wasn’t available to go with my husband to purchase the car and they did what sales men do and gave him to extra push to purchase it without being cautious. Prior to purchasing the car I saw that it had mold so I said no way. They said they could definitely clean it out before purchase. The day of sale my husband went and did all the paper work and we discussed the things that he needed to get from the dealership in order to purchase. They said their mechanic inspected the car and it was in good condition. So my husband asked them for the document to confirm it was checked and what was checked by their mechanic. They advised him that they didn’t have a document, first red flag. The warranty that they are selling doesn’t cover anything important so we decided it didn’t make sense. My husband decided to go ahead and sign the documents to purchase the car. When I saw the car in person I didn’t think that it was worth it. I reviewed the contract and they hand wrote that by cleaning the car my husband waived the implied legal warranty. What the heck, so dishonest!! They had already said they would clean the car the day before and never mentioned anything about implications. They also said that if anything was to be wrong with the car he could bring it back and they would take a look but they wouldn’t provide that in writing either. I just knew something fishy was going to happen but was hoping for the best, atleast for my husband’s sake. Well almost 2 months later the car has a bunch of issues and their response is, well there is nothing we can do. But, you can go to the mechanic shop across the street. This place is dishonest and greedy and no one should trust their word. Once you drive off with the car their relationship with you is done.

Bought an older Tiguan here in July. It was great experience! Husam and the management team were honest, direct, and friendly. The pricing was fair. And the closing and registration services were fast and professional. This team sells a lot of cars for all the above reasons - highly recommended!

Had a great time shopping for my next car here, I had the pleasure of working with Husam. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the car I purchased along with showing me more options of cars that met my requirements. I originally checked out this 2010 MB E350 and it was nice but was lacking in some areas, then I checked out a 2012 MB C250 and that still was not what I was looking for until Husam showed me their 2011 MB E550 and from the test drive I just knew I had to get the car. Do not purchase anything from these frauds! Also, definitely do not purchase any warranty they offer! It's all fraud. Bad vehicles that don't hold up, bad, bad people! The managers don't help, the sales people hung-up on me several times. Now I have to talk to an attorney. Bad, bad, bad!

So it seems my husband's luck recently hasn't been the best with cars, but after our shopping experience here with our last couple purchases, I knew we had to come back. You'll often hear and see all of these horror stories from certain dealerships but this one in particular deserves 5 stars and more. Husam and Bill are such a pleasure to work with and really care. If you ever need anything or have concerns even after the purchase, call them back and they'll put you first.
