Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hwy, Lynnwood

Oof there is no manager at this bank.... And it shows... Do not promote the banker who was filling in as manager. She cannot handle the stress. Five people (or customers!) left after being told to wait 40 minutes. At the very least, put up a sign.

I show up to simply cash a bank of America check and am told by security that there is no teller. I must use atm meaning I am unable to cash my check. What do you mean no teller?? My question is why and how do you think this is at all an appropriate way to conduct your business? People rely on you and you don't even care enough to have an employee on present??? UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This place is a joke, came at 10:15am regular business day, Tuesday and it still closed, supposed to be open at 10am, no holiday regular day, no note at the door. Waisted my time like many other people that was at the door awaiting. Don’t go there, don’t waist your time.

Went in with draw cash 3time within a week waiting 20 minutes each time. They are limit my cash withdraw each time. Its inconvenient for bigger bank like Bank of America.Whom are management this location need to be change.

Very helpful staff! I felt listened to, and had my banking needs met very Quickly! They are very thorough and make sure everything works on your end before you leave! Thank you for the excellent customer service! More staff than in the past.

Another Bank of America with over 15 people waiting for one teller while other employees chit chat with each other pretending to work while we wait 45min or more. Hire better employees

Appalling service. 1 teller, 7 people ahead of me. After waiting over 20min, the teller was unable to deposit the checks I brought in for my friend. The checks were endorsed and needed to be deposited into his account. Every other bank can do this, not here. I went to another branch down the road and they were able to do it. This team needs to go through more training, especially with customer service.

I have a business account with Bank of America for over 3 years now and this is the usual branch I use. The teller named Gayle has always been extremely Rude. (Not to mention the line of people and there always being 1 person working) I’ve spoke with the manager about this prior. I’ve been debating on writing this review for over year now. The only positive thing about this bank is the manager who is usually at the middle desk in the lobby or her office. She has always been super polite and Has handled most issues I have had over the years that’s the only reason I haven't switched to a different bank.

This bank is like going to the DMV. Always one teller working (never more than two) and waiting as long as 25 minutes. To make it worse, I see 4 people in their offices trying to sell loans and credit cards, while the bank manager is trying to shuffle people to the ATM. I can’t stand going to this location. I ordered a new debit card because my magnetic strip went out and then looked at my account and noticed I was charged $5.00 fee for this. When I went into the bank, they were more concerned with trying to get me on some credit card, rather explain why I was charged a BS charge. They wanted me to set up a time to talk with a banker about the charge. Sorry, i don’t have time for this. It’s all about MONEY$$$. When I have a free day, I will be switching to BECU.

The lines are long, the tellers are rude and lazy. Every BOA I've ever been too treats their customers with respect, especially those who have business account like me. The teller, speaking broken english, refused to deposit my checks until I fill out a deposit slip. This isn't 30years ago where everyone needs to fill one out, that's the tellers job as far as I'm concerned. I've never been asked to fill out a slip at any other BOA! After arguing with her the best I can over the language barrier, I said "thanks for wasting my time, it would've been quicker and less stressful to use the ATM!". Now I'd sooner drive to a farther away location if the situation requires me to go into the bank.
