Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 164th St, Lynnwood

WORST BRANCH EVER, NO TELLERS and NO CASHIERS. I Couldn't even get a cashier check from them, I was told its over their limit and I need to go to the 196th branch. BOA should really consider closing this located or changing the management.

Nice staff. Would someone from Bank of America tell me why all drive-thru service nationwide has closed. The service has never re-opened even in the face of Covid-19. This is a risk, an inconvenience and a decrease in customer service. Someone please explain. The policy defies logic. I am also a concerned physician in the community. I have serious concerns in regard to the policy. Thank you.

This location should be considered closed. All ATMs (both drive thru and walk up) have been removed from this location and you can’t enter the branch without an appointment. In other words, you can’t get cash from your local bank. Drive east on 164th about a quarter mile and Wells Fargo has a functioning ATM if you need a cash ($3.00 aTM charge if you bank with BOA)

Terrible service today. Bianca pulled me out of line to make me fill out a deposit slip. In the time it took to fill out the paperwork, 6 people came in. She told me I had to go to the back of the line. Then Bianca pulled another woman from the middle of the line to do the same thing. However, she allowed the customer to step right back in her original spot. After waiting for the 6 people ahead of me to do business, the teller, Melissa, pulled me to the counter to deposit my check. She proceeded to take my check over to the computer by the drive through. Melissa helped a customer at the drive through while holding on to my check. She helped the customer start to finish while I waited... worst service I have ever had at Bank of America.

Location is kinda AHHHH! Hard to get to and part of me feels like someone is going to try to steal my car. that is the unfortunate-ness of being so close to a WalMart. The staff, however, makes up for it. They are friendly and considerate. I had a very tricky situation arise last year and they took the time to walk me through options and put my mind at ease. I really appreciated the care.

I came at 3:40pm try to withdraw money but too bad they said they are on break time have to wait 15 mins

Terrible service. First time at this location and still waiting in line to see a teller after 30 minutes. Staff is rude and unprofessional. One teller at window while several people laughing in the back office . Several clients walked in and left after seeing the line of 12 people. Manager Thu-Hong Vo showed up after several requests and refused to assist the only teller

first thing I want to be honest, and say that I don't like all the locations of Bank of America because they have slower customer services, but this location changed my opinion. They made my day when they gave me earlier appointment specially I am an international student Who has full schedule. Other thing I want to say thank you Blanca because you are the most helpful person I met ever. I wish all the best for everyone in this location.

They used to have 2 drive thru ATMs, but they took one out. 2 of the last 3 times I was there the SOLE ATM was out of service! So inconvenient!!!

The posted business hours have been incorrect since Summer 2020. I have stopped by several times on Saturdays & found they were closed but it was indicated online that it was open. Is it possible for you to update the business hours online?
