Archer has provided us great service in replacing our gutters and roof. They have been very responsive and helpful in hurdling home insurance issues. The roofing and gutter jobs were fantastic. The workers were very respectful and cleaned up the old shingle/gutter mess thoroughly, even picking up between days. Working with Randy and the rest of the team was a pleasure!

Had Archer Exteriors stop by for an inspection after a storm and they found significant damage to my roof. They walked me through the claims process, met with my insurance adjuster and found my roof to be a total loss and some other areas of the home that had damage. The work process was great and they communicated everything from start to finish very well. The roof turned out great and was a great experience. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

When I speak about my roofing installation with Archer, I say it was like an well tuned orchestra. Starting with an inspection after hail damage. They came and said yes we were in need of a new roof. The roofing installation went like clockwork. Roofing delivery, then a dumpster arrived almost instantaneously, the next day the crew arrived early tearing off the old roof. Then the boom came to lift the roofing to the roof itself. The new roof was completed by the early afternoon. So well orchestrated! Archer did a great job. And, the day after, they sent crew to come in and look for stray nails and roofing material. Awesome! Great for all Homeowners needs.

I had an unusual job that required gable and vent replacement due to squirrel damage. Archer Exteriors came to the rescue when no one else wanted to do the job. Very happy and satisfied with their work!

Working with Archer was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We contacted Archer (after a high praised referral) to replace a leaking sliding glass door on our stucco home. The day after we contacted them, Ben from sales came on site to look at our situation and it was very clear that he genuinely cared and wanted to develop the best solution designed specifically for me and my wife. Not only did Ben help decide the best option for us that fit our budget and ensured a successful project but he went the extra mile and contacted several manufactures to ensure we received a door as soon as possible even in this supply constrained environment. Total project length was 4 weeks. To say that is impressive is an understatement. Other companies I talked with were three to four times that lead time.... I received a call the day was door was delivered and the next day Aaron and Scott were on site getting to work. I can't say enough about the service these guys provided. Aaron seeked me out several times to walk me through exactly what they were doing at multiple stages of the project so I was informed on all of the individual steps. They both were very accommodating and answered all my questions. Aaron and Ben both shared their phone numbers and allowed me to have a very clear line of communication while the job was in process. Once the job was complete Aaron and Scott left the site very clean and the results are great. Everything looks very clean and operates smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the Archer experience from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly be using them again!

A hail storm tore out parts of my roof and exposed the previous work that wasn't peeled off and replace. Randy drove by and contact me for getting the roof fixed up. He is very familiar with the process and helped everything goes through smoothly. I would def recommend Archer Exteriors.

We had hail damage to our house from a July 2020 storm. We didn’t realize exactly how much damage we had, but we started talking to our neighbors who had damage, so when Archer approached us, we said what the heck. Boy are we glad we did! They found hail damage to our roof, siding, windows and gutters. Archer went above and beyond to help us get everything covered with our insurance company. Ryan Hartwell and Ben Ackerman are top notch guys that really went above and beyond for us. Because of the pandemic, there were some delays with supplies, but all in all the process was seamless. All the crews that came to work on our house were very professional. Ryan came out to get the process started and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He found things that someone who didn't know what they were looking for would have been missed. As he stepped back a bit after the initial part of the job was done, he kept checking in on us to see how things were going and saw the project through. Ben worked hard to make sure everything was done properly for us even when he was on vacation. He came out on several different occasions to check the progress and make sure it was done how we wanted it and that it was something they could put their name on. Emily Schletz on the insurance side was also a rockstar, very knowledgeable on the entire process. After the initial conversations with the insurance company, she took the ball and ran with it. Archer Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Randy did a great job working with our insurance company to get us the proper work approved. Everything was scheduled on time and the crew that did the tear off and install was courteous, professional and top notch. It was done in a day and by 5:30 it was cleaned up and looked perfect. They even came back the following morning and did one final nail sweep. We were so happy with everything from start to finish. Thanks so much Archer Exteriors! We had a hail related insurance claim on our roof. After working for more than a decade in disaster restoration it was an easy choice to use Archer Exteriors for our roofing job. I was impressed from the beginning to the end. The sales person (Randy) was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Steve and the roofing crew did meticulous work and let me Know when pre-existing issues were uncovered. The lack of flashing on my chimney was a major code violation and the immediately let me know and contacted their construction specialist (Ben)to make sure we were meeting code and water tight despite this being an unknown issue when the roofing job was started. The crew did a nice job of clean up and was alway so professional and polite. I have been up on my roof after they finished and am pleased. (And I’m super picky!) Skylights, flashing, vents, and roof all look fantastic! Thank you Archer!
