Owner Ray Ciervo will tell you what you want to hear. Very unprofessional. Stay far away from this company. Sad part is my company was a return customer and was fine paying the out of this world interest rate. And to be completely ghosted when they changed my bank account without my permission. Ray Ciervo said he would make it right and still haven't stayed true to his word.

Ray was very responsive in the initial loan process (text and calls) I even opted out and he was so convincing about the ability to change terms in 30-45 days. However, i’ve been unable to reach him since the final approval 35 days ago. Ray hasn’t responded to any emails or calls. I guess everyone has a job to do…

This place was wonderful to deal with initially, They got me a business loan to help establish my business credit and told me to refinance it after some payments were made. They did contact me to refinance and let me know it was with the underwriter! Mitch is a pleasure to deal with but ray and Alex both have not responded to emails and calls since last month. I would avoid unless you are in desperate need of cash for your business. Lessen learned!
