I went to the check cashing store on Hillsboro in Deerfield beach for, let me start off by saying staff if always nice, responsive, and very helpful. Stephanie got me approved for a 1,000 dollar loan when I needed it the most and was so informative of the process! Thanks Stephanie!! Someone give this wonderful woman a raise!! 👍🏼👏🏼❤️

I've been Cashing my checks here for about 3 or 4 weeks now. The STORE MANAGER here told himself that the fee for Cashing checks here were %10. I had no seconds thoughts about it, but I should have when I realized he had not ONCE gave me back my receipts for Cashing any of my checks. I bring my check here tonight to cash as I always do on a Friday, and I get my Receipt, and way more money back from a different cashier than I do from with the Manager. So, I come back in to ask some questions I asked her why were the previous checks I cashed here had more being taken out than this one?? She said the store fee for Cashing the checks are %5. I said are you serious???? The store manager has been charging me %10 percent to cash my checks. Why?? She said "ma'am, I don't know. You can ask him tomorrow when he comes in". I also said "He also has never given me my receipts after Cashing my checks either." The cashier simply had no further explanations to give to me other than the manager would be in himself the next day. I am very upset. Why has the store manager been charging me more and without giving me my receipts????? He told me it was %10 whereas that was a lie because the other cashier said it was just%5.

This location is absolutely wonderful and so so helpful. It was an uncommon situation when I had to go there over a weekend and as a first time customer. I had recently had my wallet stolen and just had a new baby at that time. So I needed access to my money immediately for must haves for the new born. Unfortunately since it was a weekend and my wallet was stolen I could not go to the bank. So I went in first thing in the morning. Dealt with a very nice guy who went above and beyond to help definitely did more then was required of him or even expected. Plus they did all this for a new customer someone who has never gave them business before and just to cash a check. They did everything possible for me and took their time as helping other people the entire time and keeping the line moving. This guy was great he was the only person there working on a Sunday morning and you’d never be able to tell. He was literally juggling me and 3 other customers without any issue or delay. I would 100 percent use them again it ever needed and I definitely suggest if you need a check cashing location you go to the best one around in Deerfield on the corner of Hillsboro and Dixie promise you won’t regret your decision!

The customer service Mrs. Schena give is very friendly fast and willing to take care of the customer at any cost. They're also patient and willing to help with all and every service needed from phone calls to get your check clear to helping you with a payday loan it's fast easy and assertive with their customer service.
