Just sold my property and everything went smoothly, stress free, professionally. Thanks to the friendly people at "All About Closing,Inc." who helped me through the process. They answered my questions, my concerns almost without delay. It's easy to contact them and I feel they are down to earth professionals that are always willing to help and answer all of my questions. Special thanks to Samantha, NAVY Mom who mostly assisted me and follow up just like a caring Mom who makes sure everything is going well.

Stephanie, supposedly the boss, has lied about sending a closing check to my elderly, recently widowed mother, Mrs. Rusciano. My sisters and I have spoken to her, messaged her several times & she keeps saying she’s sending it “today”. Has she spent my mother’s money perhaps? We shall see. We will be filing an official complaint with the state of Florida.We have all the documents to validate that my mother is owed closing money and Stephanie Howard has that money.

I have used All About Closing a few times over the past several years for my closings. I have also referred countless clients due to their professional, hard working nature. I read another review posted recently and was absolutely appalled by this man's accusations about this company. All About Closing definitely follows compliance guidelines which may be why this person is upset- he could not get them to bend their rules. I along with many others who have utilized their company, have NEVER had an issue with them. It appears this man has a serious personal problem with bashing companies and making false accusations as he has left multiple negative reviews on Google for other local businesses. It is unfortunate that people can be so nasty that they take the time to PUBLICLY DEFAME AND POST A LIBEL about hardworking businesses. Do not allow this one person's negative review to deter you from the fact that All About Closing has done over 10,000 closings in 7 years without a single claim with the State of Florida and has been recognized as the Top Title Agent in Florida for 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 according to their website. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ALL ABOUT CLOSING WHENEVER I HAVE A PURCHASE OR SALE.

I have been working with All About Closing for about 8 years and have been involved with countless closings. Fair fees and hard working staff. Very knowledgeable and responsive. I would recommend them for any real estate closing.

I used All About Closing last month to close on an investment property I bought in North Palm Beach. This was my first time utilizing a closing company as I usually deal with attorneys, but they actually were more knowledgeable than some of the attorneys I have used in the past. Their staff was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends/family and business partners.

Had the pleasure of talking to Ms.Stephanie Howard herself, owner and president of All About Closing Inc. As a homeowner with no real knowledge of laws and legal terms I needed copies of some papers and I could feel the lack of empathy in her voice and her condescending tone. Sufficient to say I didnt stay 5 minutes on the line and didn't get any real answer to my question. Hopefully will not have to contact them ever again. Felt disrespected, and if thats coming from the president it leaves a lot to say about your company. PS: I dont recall this lack of profesionalism when I was signing up for a loan. I guess once they get their money youre on your own.
