Apple Bank Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn

This has been our long time bank for decades. Apple is great! I hope they will be around forever! Competent tellers, friendly and polite service. This is the best bank ever. I love them. Go and see Jennifer Villa at the Manhattan location. You will be treated with respect and professionalism. For all your banking needs. She listens. Lol

This particular area of Brooklyn has many banking options to choose from. You would think that with all the nearby banking competition the management at this Greenpoint Apple Bank branch would be more helpful and attentive to their customer needs - something beyond just taking your money. Guess what - they're not. But it wasn't always this way. In years past it was different. And better. But nowadays the manager was recently so dismissive that he didn't even bother to call me back regarding my questions, as promised. It's certainly not that he was too busy.- because from the always-empty look of the establishment, other customers also feel the same way.

Everyone at this bank has always been helpful and very courteous to their customers and I still miss Margaret and Marcin

I was in Manhattan Ave location. I spoke with one employee of this bank. Her name is Monika. I was amazed how she is good oriented, professional, fast and accurate. She deserves for five stars.

Grateful to bank with Apple in Greenpoint. They've always been super helpful, friendly and add a personal touch. Plus it feels good in there unlike the big banks.

I don't know of any bank with this kind of service & such polite staff.
