TD Bank Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn

I have never been to this branch and not waited an absurd amount of time. Place is literally empty, 5 employees here, and I am waiting 45min to do a wire transfer that TD Bank requires is done at a branch in person. Someone’s machine is on the fritz, someone doesn’t have access to the specific service that I need done, etc. there’s always some excuse that wastes a significant amount of my time to do something that should be a quick visit to the bank. I’ve had faster service at the post office.

Rude customer service, neglect customers and their needs, very problematic, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH, never responded to any of my emails. I have a huge business account, did not even bother to establish business relationship, I will take my $$ somewhere else.

My experience with this branch of TD Bank is always positive. They bank officers are all very nice, helpful and accommodating. I’m a regular at this branch and have a good relationship with the team, perhaps that’s why my experience is different than others. I take the time to say hello and then get my business done. Which works for me!

When I did banking today and I put money in they didn’t put all my money in the card they took 100 dollars from me

Usually a very blah experience at this location, but today a young lady by the name of Sherden assisted me. She was very profession and extremely helpful and made me feel good about banking with TD.

Nahid was brilliant with helping me get a new bank account! She was patient, professional, warm and understanding! Cannot thank her enough!

I have no issues with TD bank generally but my experience at this specific branch was terrible. Waited to try and get a replacement debit card before work and saw multiple people cut in line which ended up in me having to leave before I was even able to get my debit card so I wouldn’t be late for work

Everyone there is very nice. After a while some tellers will know you by name and always greet you when you walk in. I've had numerous overdraft fees that they (HQ) took care off. The staff at this bank suggested that since I don't have any debt I should get a secured credit line which made my score shoot right up. Overall great service. Open a lot more them competitors. But here's the catch. This bank is great for people who don't have a lot of money. This bank doesn't have the best interest accounts so this isn't the kind of establishment that will make money for you. On the other hand, students and young people in general will love the experience.

Td is a great bank but this branch is the best bank around thanks to Steven Gomez! He is the very finest! Of course he has been promoted and is moving to a Tribeca branch so I guess I may have to go into the city to do my banking. Especially if you are a small business owner he is just so extraordinarily helpful!

I would like to say how helpful and kind most of the staff were especially Usef, he did an amazing job quickly and helpfully in a time constraint situation. The staff was even able to work with us and customers to allow us to go ahead due to the time constraint on the situation. The reason I give it 4 stars is because of the super rude, nasty, and non caring woman in the first office on the right when you walk in. She did not care about the special nature of the situation nor did she listen when I was explaining. She then dismissed me Rudely as if we did not matter. Thanks Usef your the man!!!
