Apple Bank Brighton Beach Ave, Brooklyn

The branch manager - Marina Polevoy is rude, unpleasant and extremely hostyle towards customers as well as her staff in the branch. We went in to open an account but ended up leaving with the decision this bank isn't worth holding account at if they employ staff like Marina. I've had bank accounts in 3 countries and have never encountered service like that - coudn't believe they still keeping her there. A person who yells at her staff in front of customers just for asking questions, not being willing to explain a potential customer about bank account options available, as well as telling him 'i can see it on your face you're not an American resident' is violation or any reasonable customer service expected from a bank representative and is bordering discrimination which the bank may be sued for. Coudn't believe it!

On this branch service staff are rare and don't respect for customers. They not busy all time, but their behavior show - they are bosses : not smile, not kind words, like a robots. I wanted to open an account, but after all I went avay to find another bank. I am senior sitisen and regret I visited this branch

Stuff work slow, had to wait 40 mins to access safety box,

The people in this bank are freaking awesome. Elena was very helpful, diligent and sweet. The security guard, whose name I wasn't able to get was the best. Very good people here!

More than a month passed as a bank employee promised me that I could use online banking. last week they promised to write me login details to my email. I received the letter today - a week later. I still can't use online banking. Horrible bank.
