My husband and I worked with Jeff Winick at Apex Lenders. We received great service and we would definitely recommend Jeff as your loan officer. We were most grateful for the communication. He was available to answer our questions and offer advice. He made the home buying process a little less stressful and that’s always a great thing.

I had started trying to buy a house more than 5 years ago but as a first time buyer, the process seemed overwhelming and I felt I couldn’t do it. From the first day I spoke to Joe, I knew things would be different! We closed in under 30 days from when the offer was placed. I had someone I could contact from 4am to 11pm daily if I had any random questions. He never once made us feel like we were a bother or like our questions weren’t good ones (believe me, there were a lot). He was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he is very passionate about his job. My favorite part was that he communicated directly with my realtor and they handled everything directly to ensure I wasn’t stressed. Honestly, my husband and I are still amazed at how easy this process was with them!

Our first home buying experience was made very easy with the help of Joe and his team. Joe went above and beyond to accommodate us and we didn’t even have to ask. We made several offers and looked a handful of houses. After each tour Joe was ready with the numbers, including an in depth run down. He really knows what he is doing and he gave a personalized experience to a process that can be rigid. He was available for us any time and day of the week and you don’t get that very often. Even after all was said and done, Joe kept in contact with us with information he thought we may need. Months later (even after the loan was moved to another company), Joe continues to keep in touch and provide us with helpful information. We consider ourselves lucky to have had Joe and APEX as our lender. Professional, personalized, HIGHLY recommended. Danielle was also very courteous and helpful throughout this process.
