    Provident bank is the only company that instead of helping during the Covid pandemic made money from it. Closing the Newtown branch with no email notification. You could no longer make cash deposits and with no paycheck coming in and auto withdrawals coming out. Personally from me they made $200 in overdrafts.

    How Joe & Rob keep their jobs are beyond me. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. A total waste of time to set up accounts with this Bank. Remember, its their world, you choose if you want to be in it. I went to PNC Bank and was treated like a human being. Free checking, no fees at all!! Team Capital Bank SUCKS!!!!!
