Santander Bank Branch Terry Dr, Newtown

I had a very difficult time using the drive in ATM. It was difficult for me to transfer money from an alternate bank’s debit card into my Santander bank’s checking account. I did not want to delay the money deposit and went into the bank to request assistance. The person who assisted me was The manager, Tina. She was rude , demeaning and condescending. She talked to me like I was unintelligent. “I have a Masters Degree “. The tellers in the bank were wonderful sweet and actually funny. That is the only reason I am giving this bank a 2 star. This woman obviously hates her job. She does not have the social skills to relate to the public. I have been banking with this bank for 40 years long before it merged into what is Santander. This was an awful experience!

I’m convinced that this is the best Santander in the country. I am so impressed by the consistent kindness of the employees. They have helped me with simple and complicated issues and have always remained professional. I have never had to wait and the location is always clean and tidy.

When you have 10-15 minutes to kill in the drive thru teller lanes (the only car mind you the whole time) for a simple, single check deposit, so you leave a 1 star review. Still waiting....

When you go to open an account, making fun of a person’s career might not be a good idea.
