Our family owns two apartment buildings in the Northern California area, and over the last year or so we have been researching commercial lenders and brokers to find the best refinancing option for one of our properties. Our research led us to the Apartment Loan Store, and we were referred to a very friendly and professional broker named Fred Passmore who was very knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our lending needs.
